The location was perfect,the host very friendly and helpfully and the room was excellent

Luca was extremely helpful and informative about the local area, including places to visit, train times and good places to eat. The room was very comfortable with a great shower and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated rooms in a lovely old building next to the Pisa complex of Leaning Tower, Cathedral, CampoSanto, but not interfering with a quiet room. Great recommendations by the owner....where to eat. Pisa ia a lively town with medieval buildings.

All the handicapped facilities in our room and on the stairway that I was not aware of when I booked the hotel.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. We did a lot I travel to other cities near Pisa and the owner was very helpful with all travel with train time tables and explanations on how to get around. He also informed us of places to stay away from and local news in the area such as a child pick pocketing in the area. there was free wifi in the room which worked pretty well. It was well worth the stay at this hotel.

There are very few places to eat that are good. Mostly jist toursity type food. We ended up eating McDonald's a few times since it was convieniently across the street. At night time the city turns very shady and since we had a 3 year old we stayed inside.

Attention by the owner is just perfect. And quality is clearly over the average in Pisa, probably among the best available. Spacious and clean. Location can't be better either, right by the Duomo and Tower.

Super friendly staff and the location was excellent. Best capuccino in Italy. The owner personally took care of us.

The room was nicely decorated and Luca, the owner, was incredibly kind. It was almost at the Pisa Tower which was great.

We stayed in February and the heating was not enough. Breakfast could be improved.

This hotel is extraordinary for its cost-benefit. Absolutely centrally located in Pisa, very well taken care off, room was confortable, the owner is very nice with excellent tips to go about. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed everything about 4Rooms, we would highly recommend it & would definitely stay there again on any future stays in Pisa. Our pre-arrival emails were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we received very helpful advice on making our way to 4Rooms from the train station. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Luca. Our room & bathroom were modern, extremely spacious, very clean & comfortable. Luca also gave us an upgrade as we were celebrating a special occasion! He also provided a mobile telephone number for him which he advised us could be used 24hrs a day if we required anything at all. We had coffee & tea making facilities in our room and breakfast was served to us on our own private terrace each morning! Luca was an extremely warm, friendly and helpful host. 4Rooms is in a very good location - just 2 minutes walk from the leaning tower, cathedral, basilica & museums, as well a numerous restaurants. Grazie Mille Luca for making our stay so enjoyable!

Luca de Luca (the owner) is a great guy! The communication was really good. He called us beforehand and got of the beach to hand over the keys. Also he recommended an excellent Italian restaurant which we wouldn't enter on our own. Very friendly and kind guy! The rooms are awesome. So close to the tower, at breakfast you can go on the balcony and watch the people visiting the Duomo/Tower. Of course you can see the tower as well.

I could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the breakfast room window. 2 mins walk away. Fantastic as were only there one night. Owner was very friendly and really was passionate about his business and made great coffee ! Would go back here again. Don't worry that it is on a corner and street looks busy during the day because it is very quiet after 9ish and you can go and walk around the Tower when all the tourist have gone for the day.

The location is perfect right by the tower. The room was nice and spacious. The owner was very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Their was no elevator which could be a problem if you travel with heavy suitcases.
