The first time I stayed the room was wonderful and luxurious, the second time the room was very good, this last time the room was nothing special. Not all rooms are the same !

design and feel of the hotel - very tuscany-feel with modern touches. nice hotel room decor and comfortable big bed. they have 3 different lounge rooms that have nice interiors and comfy lounge sofas. coffee they serve for breakfast is really good!

location is far from city center but is ideal for families with own car. room needs more white lighting (it would be good if there's a variety of brighter lighting and mood lighting). applies to breakfast area too (breakfast room should be brighter, ideally). breakfast variety would be better if there were hot meals (eggs, bacon).

Great boutique hotel. Very nice room with high vaulted ceiling. Excellent restaurant and bar.

Not a great location for local walking / sightseeing. Cannot get the car up to the entrance

A wonderful hotel. We enjoyed a lot the big room with the king size bed, beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is friendly.Very relaxing and quiet place.

The hotel itself is attractive and modern, with lovely grounds. Staff were very welcoming.

The location proved really problematic. I had expected to be able to drive into Prato relatively easily, but it turned out to be a really difficult drive through heavy traffic. Although the room looks great, it is irritatingly impractical, with subdued lighting, no drawers and no shelving in bathroom despite lots of space - a triumph of style over substance! The pool looks really nice, but was not available for swimming despite hot weather, and I got the impression it rarely is.

The staff in the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. The facilities offered in the hotel (swimming pool, restaurant, bar etc.) are perfect.

Exceptional breakfast. Beautiful room, great amenities, including a pool and outdoor terraces. Outstanding cleanliness. A very relaxing place it itself and a great location as a base for day trips in Tuscany. We had a great time, so ...thank you Hotel 500 Firenze!

This is a great Hotel and outstanding property. My husband and i have been going there for years, and are always happy to return. the rooms are great, with contemporary furniture, but the property itself is beautiful and very very well kept. The pool is a great asset for summer visits. we recomend it to anyone having to go to Florence, since it is strategically close, yet one gets the tuscan villa experience. The restaurant had a professional staff, and good menu options. it is a hidden gem, and will continue to go there.

the lady at the front desk is not friendly at all. they should have someone with more PR experience dealing with guests. i think the cleaning lady took one of my toiletries....

A wonderful hotel in a 16th century big house, which has been restored with a great taste. We enjoyed a lot the big room with the king size bed, beautifully decorated. The swimming pool is really nice. There was a wedding when we stayed, but it didn't occured any problematic noise. We got a very good price.

The waiter of the breakfast room wasn't really friendly. It was not a big deal.

Once a convent, orphanage, and then villa, the site has been renovated into a beautiful hotel. The grounds were well maintained, and the hotel, bar, and other buildings were immaculate. The rooms were well appointed, cool and comfortable. While we didn't have time to use the pool, it looked very inviting. This was one of our favorite hotels of our trip.

If you don't have a car, you'll have to pay ~$40 each way for a taxi to Florence, and like most of the other places we stayed, there was a little mold in the shower (but not too bad).

Posizione comoda e ambiente rilassante.

La mancanza di zanzariere, visto che c'è chi si diverte a spiaccicarle sul muro in camera significa che ce ne sono tante.

Zeer aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Gezellig restaurant met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Geen mogelijkheid tot fitness, wel buitenzwembad maar pas open vanaf mei.
