Beautiful Florence it is authentic Italian apartment divided into 3 rooms with 2 private bathrooms. Our room was spacious with comfortable bed, tv, wardrobe. In apartment there is also kitchen with all necessary staff and very good coffee. Location is perfect, it's not strictly city center (30-40min walking), but there well developed city communication (10 min by bus). Also I would like to note that there very hospitable owner - Leonardo. With Leonardo was very easy contact via whatsapp, and day before our arrival he also sent advices how to get the place and restorants around.

This stay was very budget friendly keeping in mind still high season in October so I was not expecting much from it - but I got pleasantly surprised how nice and quiet it actually is :) The owner is sweet old lady who’s happy to help and explain everything in Italian only but if you have any troubles they answer and send detailed info in English via WhatsApp! The location is not very far from historic centre but I would recommend to take a bus to get there as there is no pedestrian path to this area, only slow traffic road after the park. Also my personal recommendation is to visit Stibbert Museum as it’s easy to take a bus from this location to it!

Lovely kitchen with amenities to make coffee or a light meal. Rooms were cleaned everyday and location was near the bus stop to town, but easily walkable in 30 mins.

The location was easy to reach through public transport and a simple walk away from the main tourist spots. The instructions before and during arrival were all clear despite a slight language barrier in person, and depature was made simple and easy for whenever you needed to leave with an option to come back later in the day to collect luggage if needed. There was also a cute little balcony in the communal kitchen area, which was slightly sheltered from the elements to enjoy in all weather. A fan was provided in the room to help with the heat, and there was barley, if any, sound from outside the room to be heard. If I ever came back to Florence, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The host was very nice and even gave us tips of restaurants near by, he does not speek english but he was always very thoughtful and always did a lot of effort to understand and speek to us. My room was a private room with a private bathroom, everything was very clean and confortable. The kichen was shared and had all the supplies we needed, it was verry clean and organized.
