A Beautiful Florence B&B

vicino alla fermata del bus e a 3/4 fermate dal centro, proprietario cortese e disponibile, camera e bagno pulito, prezzi onesti.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (almeno sfruttando un'offerta). Fuori dal centro in posizione tranquilla con agevole accesso al Parco delle Cascine e non troppo scomodo per il centro storico. Locali puliti, Servizi esterni ma riservati alle singole camere. Cucina e sala colazione a disposizione e ben rifornite di stoviglie, latte caffè, merendine e altro. Gestore cordiale e disponibile.

Non adatto a chi vuole uscire dal portone ed essere già in piazza Duomo. A piedi si impiegano 25 minuti per arrivare in centro ma con l'autobus ovviamente meno.

Tutto perfetto!!! Appena arrivati ci sono state fornite mappa della città e moltissime informzioni utili su ristoranti in zona, mezzi pubblici ecc. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche per la posizione, di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus che raggiunge il centro in 10 min. La stanza, dotata di bagno privato, piccolo (date le dimensioni non c'è il bidet) ma pulito e ben tenuto, è perfetta per chi, come noi, ha scelto il b&b come punto d'appoggio per visitare la città. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile, accogliendoci con spiegazioni e informazioni sui luoghi d'interesse. Consigliatissimo.

Posto molto accogliente situato ad 2km da S.M Novella, stanze pulite e funzionali, la cucina comune é feliziosa e accessoriata x ogni esigenza. Leonardo, il propetario, é veramente un grande padrone di casa, sempre presente e affabile. La colazione buona ed abbondante per tutti i gusti e le srtanze hanno la wifi.

Very nice owner.helpful and very friendly:). Nice small breakfast and the most important thing that you can cook on your own. Room is very clean and bathroom also. Good localisation, near old city.you can go by walk. Leonardo is really nice person. He will help you in any case. I recommend in every way:)

Clean and comfortable, friendly owner. Large room and good bed. Kitchen could be used any time. The street parking is paid, but near by there is a free parking lot. Bus near by. Very good price/quality. Perfect for a city trip.

Quiet and comfortable, decent sized room and handy to have access to the shared kitchen area at any time. Area is fine, large shopping center about 10 mins walk away. Friendly welcome and lot's of good city advice.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and the room is very nice and comfortable. the location is good even it is a bit far from the city centre since it's really convinient to take the bus. the kitchen is available for guests equipted with basic kichen stuff. breakfast is also nice. the host is lovely and kind.

the direction was a bit comfusing according to leonardo, the host, because he pointed a wrong direction for the bus stop at train station. Also the map he made is not clear so that we didn't find the supernarket he pointed on the map, neither did we get the pizzaria he recommended but we got another good one anyway.

We had to wait for the owner on the day of arrive. Means the owner doesn't live there. He was there in about 15 minutes. Which is reasonable when you know it. Shower place is too narrow. The curtain is too big and doesn't help to protect the floor. The toilet has hot fill due the fact the tap was meant for an other purpose. Cold fill is possible but people are always changing the tap. Prepaired food in kitchen was too much based on cookies, a bit poor. On the last morning there was no wifi available. Now it seems like we have to many complaints, but we still recommend this as a good b&B.

Very calm and silent place, with spacious room and a big public parking just out of the door (free of charge after 8 pm and during the whole week end days). The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary and there was a bus stop very close to reach the city center (S. M. Novella) in less than 10 mins - by foot it is about 1.2 km. The manager is very kind and available.

Our room had a private bathroom but it was located outside the room; the building does not have the elevator but it is just a floor and the effort is not relevant at all (unless you have very heavy luggage or personal mobility issues). Anyway, this light disadvantages are well compensated by the very conveniente cost/quality balance.

Spacious, basic modern rooms in a beautiful old building. The B&B is rather basic but definitely comfortable with all modern needs. Location is slightly off-center but with a direct bus connection the city center of Florence is easily reachable. The hotel staff (owner?) was a very friendly guy who speaks good English. He was very flexible with our arrival time and upon arrival he gave us a lot of insider tips about things to see and do in Florence. My gf and I had a long and interesting conversation with him and at some point he brought us to a local pizzeria close to the hotel, off the tourist radar. I dare say the pizza we ate there was one of the best of our 9 day trip through Italy. Price/comfort ratio is perfect, I can recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind to take a little more time to reach the city center.

Hospitable owner and everything was clean and tidy. Nice kitchen and private bathroom. Only 20 minutes walking to the center or you can take the bus. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, very clean, consistent breakfast, very good services, the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing us useful information. I would come back here anytime.

I could park for free at just beside the B&B for free from 20:00 to 08:00

No air conditioning and breakfast is quite a easy one

The b&b consists of 3 rooms on the 2nd floor and the owner meets you at checkin. There are no staff on site and you can come and go as it suits you. It has a great kitchen if you want to do your own cooking etc. Main advantage is location to the Old Florence city centre. It's a 20-30 min walk or local buses within 200 meters. Atm machine also nearby.

It was very hot (40deg+) and so we struggled without there being airconditioning in the room. There is a fan and you can open the window if you wish.

endroit très propre, accueil très bon et souplesse pour aller et venir c'est parfait. Belle chambre typique et spacieuse.

Salle de bain privative réduite surtout la douche. Un peu loin du centre.

La atención. Nos aconsejaron muy bien sobre qué hacer, lugares donde comer, comprar, etc. Las instalaciones soy muy buenas al igual que la limpieza. Es un buen punto que tenga una cocina completa para utilizar en cualquier momento. El desayuno, si bien no muy variado, está más que bien para el tipo de hotel.

Para quien no se mueve en auto es un poco incómodo que esté algo alejado del centro de Florencia, pero eso no es relevante al lado de todas las cosas buenas del hotel.

Otel falan değil, sadece 3 odalı bir ev. Sahibi Leonardo adında bir genç bir çocuk. Roma'da 3 gün boyunca kaba italyan'larla karşılaştıktan sonra bu kadar güleryüzlü ve samimi biriyle karşılaşmak iyi geliyor insana. Odanın ve dışındaki banyolardan birinin anahtarı size veriliyor.(oda dışında özel banyonuz) Sanki kendi eviniz gibi mutfak falan açık, serbest...Resepsiyon gibi bir yer yok...İstediginiz kadar kahvaltı, yeme içme çeşitleri var...Leonardo bu konuda çok iyi, bir çok otelde en ufak şeye para isterken, o rahatınıza bakın deyip evden çıkıyor :) Kullanamadıgım otobüs biletlerimi benden satın aldı, oda fiyatında 5 euro indirim yaptı. Oralarda herkesin yapmayacağı sıcak yaklaşımlardı. Lokasyon olarak tren istasyonunda 25 dk yürüme mesafesinde, Piazza Puccini meydanında. 10 dk otobüsle önüne geliniyor. gayet iyi. 1 gece kalmama rağmen hiç beklemediğim sıcak ve rahatlıktaydı. Kesinlike tavsiye ederim. The host Leonardo is a great guy, friendly and helpful. İt's a 3 rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 bathroom house. Leo is not living in, you feel like it's your own house. Kitchen is open all the time with full of stuff to eat and drink which was a nice thing to do. He bought the bus ticket i havent used which he didnt had to. Location is 25 mins on foot and about 10 mins by bus from Train Station in the heart of Piazza Puccini. İ definetely recommend it.

Biraz daha temizliğe özen gösterilebilir. Sabah erken saatte yolculuk yapacak olanlar için ulaşım aracı bulmak zor olabiliyor. Gece Taksi bulması zor olabilir. The room could be a bit more clean. Would be difficult to find transport if you have to leave the house late in the night.

Si buscas un hotel barato, es buena opción aunque no está cerca del centro ni de los sitios de interés, tienes que tomar un bus para llegar. El personal amable, ofrecen un desayuno muy modesto y las habitaciones estan limpias.
