Host was very friendly and provided maps, recommendations of cheap restaurants or delicious meals, transport information.

Wifi connection wasn't the best on my phone.

The location was fantastic, treat shops and cafés nearby, walkable to the city center, and an area I felt safe in. The room was beautiful and spacious, I had a private bathroom and my own fridge and microwave and dishes! Carla was very helpful and accommodating, I will definitely stay again when I return to Rome!

My only complaint was the wifi, I could only get it in a certain part of the room-the connection wasn't very strong.

Simple but very comfortable room which provided everything we needed for our four- night stay. In a quiet location away from the centre but within walking distance to many parts of Rome. Extremely friendly and helpful hostess.

I stayed with Carla at A Casa Cibella for 5 nights. The location was great, it was 10-15min walk down into Trastevere which I enjoyed each morning and it was easy to get to from Quattro Venti train station or by bus from town. Each day the room was serviced and breakfast was already in the room so I had complete independence. The room had character with antique furnishings and shutters on the windows. Carla was a lovely, accommodating hostess. She ensured I had everything and that I was comfortable. She was knowledgeable about the area and had lots of recommendations for restaurants, cafes and transport links. I appreciated the extra care over the Easter weekend! I would definitely recommend staying in the area; out of the hustle and bustle of central Rome.

The place is a real bed&breakfast, where one stays in a private appartment. The room is large and nicely furnished, with private bath and everything included to prepare your own breakfast in the room. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The place is at some distance from Rome city centre, although a bus stop is located just outside the B&B. Stazione Trastevere is a good 20 minute walk, as is the historic centre of Trastevere.
