Sabrina was absolutely wonderful. So helpful and accommodating to us. Served us a wonderful quick breakfast in the morning. Her cappuccino was perfetto. Very clean and quiet place.
Shared bathroom wasn't ideal but the bathroom was huge. Super roomy, modern, and nice. Also, the distance to the city was over a mile away. Was quite a long walk but felt nice and safe so it was ok.
Sabrina was veeery nice and helped us in everything we need. The house is quite new and very clove to Florence center. I definitely will come back to her place.
The breakfast was not the too good. I was expecting some more fresh food
The shower is not good and the water is just warm, so I did not use the shower in the room.
everything is Ok, the owner was really very nice and hospitalable.
the only one minus is shared bathroom, would be nice to have it on your own.
Cleanliness Space Wi-fi that actually works Quiet neighborhood
20min walk from the old center - but it's quiet.
The lady (Sabrina) was very nice and helpful. She came in each morning and made us cafe. She also gave us maps with suggestions and do's and don'ts for the city which was a first out of all the places we stayed. The bed was comfortable and each room had its own AC unit that worked great.
Not great checkin times. The location is also at least a mile away from everything which means taking a bus or walking to the main locations. There are mosquitos that get into the room as well which turned out to be an issue even with the repellent plugins the hostess uses.
Rooms were spacious
Difficult to find. Shared bathroom for all. Breakfast poor.
pretty cheap option with private parking space for 5eur/night
check-in is only available between 2pm and 6pm and then you have to check out before 10am in the morning. Wi-fi in the room doesn't work at all and the breakfast is terribly poor.
Very friendly welcome Nicely decorated rooms Big breakfast
More of an apartment than a typical bed and breakfast in the best sense, we felt very at home. Everything seems rather new and very nice. Breakfast includes fresh brewed cappucino, juices and some plastic wrapped muffins etc. - nothing to get really excited about but more than you can expect in the typical B&B in Italy. Sabrina is a very nice, very helpful person. We would certainly stay here again.
Knowing the basics in Italian helps, Sabrina speaks only very littly English (no German). Well, you're in Italy after all. Location wise it's not exactly ideal and our only real downside - safe and clean neighbourhood, but 20-25 mins walk away from the center. There are busses, but as they stop only half way to the city, you might as well walk the remaining part as well...
Very nice rooms, very clean. Like at home. 15-20 minutes walking to the city center. Sabrina was very friendly. We received a city map for free and Sabrina advised us about sightseeing.
There was no free private parking place for 5eur how it was promissed, but Sabrina partly paid for the public parking on site (it was 1 eur for 1 hour 8:00-20:00, after 20:00 for free). The was no sign of the B&B, we did not know which doorbell we have to ring. I had to call Sabrina.
We stayed at A Casa da Sabrina one night and we had a nice experience. The room was wide, clean and bright, the wardrobe big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is in common with two other rooms, but we didn’t have any problem. The coffee prepared by Sabrina was very good; for the breakfast we suggest the introduction of some fresh products, like bread and fruit. Sabrina was very welcoming and she kindly suggested us where to go and how to move in the city (it was our first time in Florence). The city centre is easily reachable in 15-20 minutes on foot; we parked our car at A Casa da Sabrina for 5€/night. The atmosphere is familiar and quiet, we recommend it.
