We waren over de gehele lijn heel tevreden van ons verblijf in het hotel,we zouden zeker hetzelfde nemen als we terug in mantova zouden logeren. |

The silence, cleanliness, the information pack about some of what Mantua has to offer, breakfast,... No, except for it was a bit hard to find, but that was more my problem, since I could have printed a map of the area before travelling there. |

For the price of the room, this was one of the best deals we found on our travels. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet and private. The free wi-fi was not so good in the room, but moving to the outdoor seating area in another part of the hotel complex fixed that. The breakfast was very nice with hot items (eggs, sausage, etc) and some local specialties. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they found a place for our bags before we could check in so that we could begin our sightseeing. The staff were very nice and professional, but their English was as limited as our Italian, but with gestures and guesses we were able to communicate. |

Nice big bathroom. Good location if travelling to Mantova by train, reasonable selection at buffet breakfast Noisy karaoke style music coming from a bar nearby until the early hours of the morning. Very early checkout. |

When we arrived to check in at the abc desk we were told that our rooms would be in the abc (a-bi-chi) Hotel portion of the conglomerated and allied hotels, rather than the Casa dei Gonzaga part. There are four or five old houses in the city block, all recently refurbished, modernized and communicating, the Gonzaga portion apparently the most recent. Though the Gonzaga rooms were advertised as being more in keeping with old Italian houses than the other hotels, our two rooms in the abc were very clean, pleasant and the air conditioning worked, important for Summer travelers. |

A basic, clean and efficiently run hotel. The Air-conditioning was preset and would not go lower than what the hotel deemed low enough even though it was moderately warm in the room. |

L'hotel è in una bella corte interna, per cui è molto silenzioso. Bello il bagno della stanza. Molto buona la posizione. Il personale non proprio accogliente (sia alla reception che alla colazione). La stanza ha un aspetto ordinario e pareti molto sottili che creano alcuni problemi di privacy. Inoltre, più che di un hotel indipendente, si tratta di una dependance nel cortile dell'hotel ABC (dove si trovano la reception e la colazione), cosa che crea alcuni problemi di orientamento all'arrivo. |

La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione. Ha un cortile interno, che immagino molto bello d'estate. Un particolare ed affettuoso saluto alla ragazza bionda della reception, che ci ha dato ottimi consigli anche per la cena! Colazione buona, peccato per il pane duro e per la ragazza della colazione non troppo gentile. |
