Th localisation was really good.
Room didn't look line in the picture in website. The room was verty tiny, there were no artworks on the walls etc. The bathrom was clean but there was fungus around the shower. The hairdrayer didn't work, when I asked for the new one there was no reaction. Next time I would take a different place.
Old furniture, dirty. Rooms needs renovation. Electrical kettle was broken. One of two showers not worked. 2/10
They cleaned the room in the morning. Free WiFi available in the rooms. Private bathroom.
They wanted us to pay the full stay in cash when we arrived, despite we only could pay by credit card. Finally the guy who checked us in understood our demand. It is not clear that all forms of payments are accepted in this property.
It's my 4th time in Termini and this room was by far the best...minimal decoration(as it seems in the photos).in a nice and quite area just three blocks away from train station.big room with big bathroom.good wifi signal.
No wifi throughout our stay.
location near at the termini station about 5 mins. walk, free wifi, warm and accomodating hotel staff. I am glad that I found this hotel
- very close to the city center - close to metro, buses, train station - cleaned every day - check in check our 24/7 - free wifi - reasonable price
Close to Termini Station and... well, that's all.
We booked a room with 4 separate beds - got 2 separate and one double bed. They said they'll fix it, but didn't do so. And it wasn't even ready by the time we arrived. What's more the room was really small, the TV had only Italian channels, Wi-fi connection was poor and bathroom was t e r r i b l y dirty and smelly and one had to really pluck up some courage to get into the mouldy shower. Shortages of hot water also occurred several times. And we had to ask twice to get 4 duvets for 4 persons (first we got 2, then only 1 additional).
The staff was very rude and complain me when I went thr wrong direction. It is even better to have a hotel signage which it doesn't have.
Good Location although difficult to find. Clean and modern Rooms. Very pleasant. Helpful staff
Walls very thin - could hear manager talking on phone all night in reception - had to ask him to be quiet at 4am
The internet was fast
Beds are low to the ground and the place is run like a commune. The shower head was broken and the room reeked of old stale smoke.
Its a buget and normal hotel. Nothing of exceptional and nothing of bad. It is very near to the Termini, so is very easy to get there (if you pay attention to te very tiny sight of the hotel in the intercom or the building number).
However, you will never go to termini unless you're leaving Rome, so I don't recommend to stay in this area. During the day is possible to note how dirty this area are and during the night, when the streets are empty, an unsafe feeling comes because of the bunch of homeless people and the low light.
1. Halal food at walking distance
Staffs attitude towards guest e.g inpatience and loud
friendly staffs clean room and bathroom good location
1 towel for 3days... no soundproof wall
I like that the room was clean, and the location was good also, very close to the colleseum and the trainstation.
The hostel was very hard to find. The bed sheet was not 100% clean (it was old and miscolored). Otherwise everything was great.
I made wrong date of our arriving time. I wrotte a few emails immediately - 0 answer. Then we made a few phone call.. in the end they sayed us to make a new order. Despite the fact they took the money twice!! As we ware in Roma, they promissed us to give us back the money - they don´t do it and they don´t answer again.
I liked the location very much - it was easy to find and close to station that was very comfortable.
The shower was timeworn and there was hot water only for 2 people's bath.
We had an early train back to the airport and after traveling around italy arrived back in Rome late at night and had I leave for the airport super early the next day so we stayed here. It was really close to Termini and after reading other reviews I was a bit worried. But there was nothing to worry about! Termini station itself is home to all walks of life and I can see why some people can be freaked out but just 2 blocks away it's mostly hotel central and full of tourists just like you. The hotel was perfect for our one night...I would have stayed more nights if we had them. We had the triple room which was pretty big and had a private bath. All was good and clean.
The shower door was broken but we weren't staying long enough to complain..
Location and apartment
The hotel is very close to Termini and at a good location (by public transport or foot) to all monuments and historical places. The neighborhood is a little bit weird and looks dangerous at a first sight but a lot of hotels, school and universities are located there and actually is ok. There are a lot of street merchants trying to sell you everything. The hotel is perfect for the price. The personal is helpful and trying to understand your requirements/requests. They clean the room everyday and change the towels once in 2 days.
No credit card. No breakfast included.
great location close to station
mould in bathroom no hot water one morning
Nothing to like.
Cramped room, dirty bedsheets, dirty blanket, erratic hot water, hair on the floor, rude staff, location didn't feel safe. Definitely not recommended for female travellers or families with children.
The main benefit was location - very close to train and tube station
It is really close to termini station. it takes 5 min by walking. The room and bathroom was clean to be conforted.
If you leave your luggages to keep them in safety after check out, you need to pay 2euro for each pieces!!! It is not written on the booking page, It is just written on a printed paper at entrance! If you dont use any public transportation for the touristic places in rome, It is better not to prefer this area for the hostels bcs the distance is too long for all day walking.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location only 5 minutes walk from Termini, great for metro and bus station. Plenty of places to eat and there is a Supermarket in lower Termini.
The room was very cramp with 3 beds in it. Can clearly hear the movements of people next door closing doors etc. At night could hear Penelope's neighbours external generator or aircon unit.
