I liked the location very much - it was easy to find and close to station that was very comfortable.
The shower was timeworn and there was hot water only for 2 people's bath.
We had an early train back to the airport and after traveling around italy arrived back in Rome late at night and had I leave for the airport super early the next day so we stayed here. It was really close to Termini and after reading other reviews I was a bit worried. But there was nothing to worry about! Termini station itself is home to all walks of life and I can see why some people can be freaked out but just 2 blocks away it's mostly hotel central and full of tourists just like you. The hotel was perfect for our one night...I would have stayed more nights if we had them. We had the triple room which was pretty big and had a private bath. All was good and clean.
The shower door was broken but we weren't staying long enough to complain..
Location and apartment
The hotel is very close to Termini and at a good location (by public transport or foot) to all monuments and historical places. The neighborhood is a little bit weird and looks dangerous at a first sight but a lot of hotels, school and universities are located there and actually is ok. There are a lot of street merchants trying to sell you everything. The hotel is perfect for the price. The personal is helpful and trying to understand your requirements/requests. They clean the room everyday and change the towels once in 2 days.
No credit card. No breakfast included.
great location close to station
mould in bathroom no hot water one morning
Nothing to like.
Cramped room, dirty bedsheets, dirty blanket, erratic hot water, hair on the floor, rude staff, location didn't feel safe. Definitely not recommended for female travellers or families with children.
The main benefit was location - very close to train and tube station
It is really close to termini station. it takes 5 min by walking. The room and bathroom was clean to be conforted.
If you leave your luggages to keep them in safety after check out, you need to pay 2euro for each pieces!!! It is not written on the booking page, It is just written on a printed paper at entrance! If you dont use any public transportation for the touristic places in rome, It is better not to prefer this area for the hostels bcs the distance is too long for all day walking.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location only 5 minutes walk from Termini, great for metro and bus station. Plenty of places to eat and there is a Supermarket in lower Termini.
The room was very cramp with 3 beds in it. Can clearly hear the movements of people next door closing doors etc. At night could hear Penelope's neighbours external generator or aircon unit.
Great Location!! Its pretty close to the station. I was alone the first 2. days and I felt very safe.. Theres no big sign, it looks like an app building in front of a pink house.. Good wifi ..clean and comfortable
Double beds are two beds together .. It is still comfortable though
Non Organization eg: airport transfer confirmation left wait very early in the morning.
The location and the small balcony.
We were told we'd be in a 2-bedroom apartment; we wound up in a room with 4 beds. The bathroom really needed work!
Its not hotel ....its a home
rooms are nice, with good beds and quiet. It is really comfortable to stay there. Freedom of movement (you can keep the keys).
at the beginning it does not looks like a hotel. poor wifi signal.
the staff is really helpful . rooms are small but clean.
the breakfast included...please don't take it,its in a nearby restaurant and is really limited.
I guess it was clean. Abdul was nice.
There was no breakfast which was definitely mentioned in the description. Moreover, there was no place to make yourself coffee or tea, even if you bring it yourself. The credit card machine was broken. The door of the bathroom couldn't close properly.
Payment by credit card not available! Bad accommodations!
Good position to move around, 5 minutes on foot from the main train and metro station (Roma Termini), but it isn't really a neighbourhood you would wish to explore more at night.
Location. Room size was good.
Not as advertised with kitchen facilities or extra bed. After booking was accepted we were notified credit card machine was down to bring cash. Person before used credit card, but they insisted we pay cash. Difficult to get a receipt. Bed very low.
Needs better WiFi
Very close to Termini Station. Easy access to the sites.
Hard to initially find.
it is close to Termin.
The furnitures were very poor, the refrigetarotr is out of order, The bathroom is awful, you can't close the showercabin etc..
It was close to termini, metro station nearby. I had a quadruple room and the two queen beds were nice.
The bathroom needs to be fixed. New shower curtains. Staff wasn't very friendly.
1.Location good: not far from Termini 2.Include breakfast: coporate with coffee shop, not too bad 3.have a small elevator
if they want guest pay by cash, should say before check in.
