Staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bathroom more or less as well. WiFi available everywhere (location will not mention as that was a condition for me when making a booking to be in the center more or less and not very far from the airport, but of course that is excellent -just next to piazza dei miracoli). Overall, we were happy with this booking and the hotel (BB), would recommend!
The only thing to mention is, if I see 'Breakfast included' on my booking, I expect a proper bfast where i can sit down first of all and chose not only between long lasting croissant and some more similar sweets. No table where to sit down at all to eat.
I was travelling with my family and this is the worst I have every stayed in. The only thing I like about this place was when I was leaving
This should be removed from your cite as this is for was miss sold by the photos.the place it's self is discussting.1toilet for all the area is full of tramps and drunks who party all night. This place is worst than temporary accommodation in any benifit city in the uk
Location in the morning was good with a young family
location in the night not good with a young family. Lots of people hanging about, drunks etc. Breakfast was shocking.
Excellent location for Pisa (Leaning Tower near by seen from kitchen window, train station and superstore- easy walk, airport 30 minutes on foot). Nice kitchen, option to cook to Yourself. Funny looks - looks like a block of garrages, when You approach.
Uncomfortable bed, cold in the room and no spare warm blanket (October). Bathroom outside the room through the corridor.
Friendly host. Great value and location although looks a bit rough from the outside.
The best place with great food at breakfast (I was full at the begging of day ;)
Location was 400m from the tower. Breakfast at balcony was pleasant. Serena was cheerful and helpful.
Guest banging the door at midnight woke us up.
It's in a very nice and central area, the rooms are clean and in good conditions; services are basic (only one bathroom apparently).
Be careful with checkin times, they don't have people there all time.
Only good localization.double room clean but not nice 4 person room was nice.very nice view from the balcony when we eat breakfaston leaning tower
Very noisy.we were there 3 nigts andwe never sleep well.its true that when we ask for another room the wasnt a problem but still noisy
Being relocated to a hotel 15 minutes bus ride away with no compensation! The rude and aggressive staff. Accosting a lone women for cash payment when they knew her boyfriend was out! The lack of English communication. The thin walls and poor security.
The location was very central with nice restaurants and bars. Sights very good and town beautiful.
Noisy gatherings at night because of piazza. Scooter-driving youths making noise. Shared bathroom not desireable.
Friendly staff, or at least half of them.
The fact is was a bed and breakfast.
We liked the short walk to the tower. It was a sleepover for us on our way to Rome. We see the tower by night and day and we loved it. Also the staff was very nice and friendly to us and our children
The bathroom with toilet had to be shared with a lot of people. So we have to wait a long time before we could go to the toilet in the evening when the between door was closed.
Owner was really welcoming and place was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a bonus as didn't know this came with room. Wonderful place to stay and would most certainly stay again or recommend it to others. Thank you Allen we had a great few days at Casa Doina Tower.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean environment in excellent location.
The location is excellent for the city centre shopping and attractions (leaning tower of pisa etc). It has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and only a 15/30 minute walk to the train station. The rooms are big enough and clean , perfect for a solo traveller or travelling on a budget. A great no frills hotel !
One of the rooms (the room I was staying in) is situated near two of the shared bathrooms , people. Some people were very inconsiderate and enjoyed banging and slamming the the bathroom doors all hours of the day/night which did get slightly annoying. I understand this is not the fault of the hotel or it's staff but maybe a "close the doors gently" sign would help.
I stayed with my family. Host was wonderful. Very close to Pisa tower. It was like somebodies home, clean home
It was so close to the Tower which made it very convenient. The staff were very helpful and let us keep our bags there for a few hours after check out.
Very close to Pisa Tower. Very professional reception.
No mosquito mate, No attached bath room.
Location is good, wifi is working.
Okay, there were two staff working there. A lady who served breakfast - breakfast was just simple, were given packed crossiant and instant coffee, breakfast is below average esp. for Italy. We asked her about the air-con coz the room was full of mosquitos, she told us " don't worry" with a smile, but we didnt get a remote control and the air-con was not working during the night of our stay. There is also another lady, think it's the owner who dealt with our payment, she dared arguing with her guests, that we had booked for two nights and should pay for the two nights' cost, until we took out our printed booking confirmation then she stopped arguing and said she got it wrong, (awkward!?) but then we had to check out at 10am, instead of 11am which she allowed us to in the beginning. Service is quite fake, did not feel comfortable esp. after this little argument. (We didnt argue really, were pretty calm) Next morning, the lady who served breakfast, knocked on our door at 9.45am to 'remind' us that 10am is the time to check out.
Location and staff very good
Shared bath room
Great location for visiting the tower area and downtown. The staff were very helpful , bed was comfortable, bathrooms was clean. We could also put our food in the fridge and the luggage for the rest of the day, after our check out. Enjoyed our visit very much.
Not easy to find. There was only a very small piece of paper with the name of the hotel next to the entrance.
The location is just 5 minutes walk from the Pisa Tower and the down town. The tower is even visible from few rooms. Good WiFi connection. Helpful staff.
It just a bread and breakfast house. A house is changed to B&B. The rooms are not very spacious. Just OK for one night sleep, not good for a longer stay. Common bathrooms and toilets. Location is just beside road. So, if you cant sleep in if the room and which is dark and very silent, may not be a good choice.
The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for were to eat, bed was very comfortable, always a staff member available to ask questions. Enjoyed our visit very much, thank you for a lovely stay.
Only thing we could find wrong was not a large choice for breakfast
Close to leaning tower, kind and helpful hostess, very clean
