The room was extremely comfortable and very well decorated. I liked the fact it was so accessible in the city. Although very close to Rialto stop it took us some time to work out directions when we arrived. They were quite confusing. Once we found hotel things were a lot clearer. |

We did liked most the hospitality and effort of the staff. The Hotel is in a very good location only 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge and 10 min to Piazza San Marco it is also in the center of famous branded shops. Also the breakfast was fantastic! |

Good location. Rooms very nice. Hospitable. Breakfast was included but was sparse. Given exchange rates, rooms were very pricey. |

Fabulous hotel, although rated as a 4 star I think this is a 5 star and the #1 hotel choice in Venice! Easy access location just 5 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. A new hotel with beautiful nice size rooms, huge elegant bathtub/shower, excellent AC, only 37 rooms, gorgeous rooftop patio bar. |

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel was clean, fixtures and fittings to a high standard - would thoroughly recommend. Fantastic position. Continental Breakfast very good. The prices in the terrace bar were high, and the quantities (glass of wine) unacceptably small. |

Close proximity to San Marco square and great location All Venice hotels are expensive and I guess that is just something you except before you travel to Venice. Breakfast was a bit boring. |

The service and assistance with our ship to shore and subsequently to the airport was great. Further, the assistance with any questions as to shopping, dining, etc. were handled with courtesy and professionally. The location was perfect. I did not find one thing about the hotel we did not like. |

Very central location, one of the only hotels which is fully renovated and in the San Marco city centre area. Fabulous rooms, excellent standard, friendly staff - all you want! The breakfast buffet is ok. However, for this price additional items like boiled eggs, etc. should be included and not in addition. |

The hotel is situated very conveniently close to San Marco Square, but is quiet at the same time and relatively well shielded from the tourist hordes. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself in great condition. Breakfast buffet was a little unimaginative... |

Central location and very nice interior design of the rooms, the staff in particular where exceptional. I have stayed at this hotel three times and I would recommend it. The suite I was given was split into two sections - one where the bed was and one where the sofa and coffee table where. On my previous stay at this hotel I stayed in a suite which was all one room and I would have preferred this type of room layout that the one I was given. |

A romantic setting on San Clemente Island, a private garden and swimming pool, and a free shuttle boat to Saint Mark’s Square; all this and more at the Palace Hotel. |
