Отель отличный. Сдержанный, но очень качественный завтрак. Чистый, с претензией на шик, немного монотонный декор номера, но великолепная ванная с туалетными принадлежностями Etro. Отличное месторасположение, в центре, рядом с речным общественным транспортом. |

Extremely helpful staff. This hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and luxurious without being in the least pretentious. Additionally and perhaps unusually, there is an excellent breakfast service. |

Helpful tips about nearby restaurants, both recommendations, and those to avoid. Staff in general was excellent. I think the complaints about breakfast by other reviewers are silly. I don't travel to Venice searching for a good breakfast, If you've travelled much in Italy at all, the breakfast at La Commedia was excellent in comparison. |

Our room was spacious and the bathroom enormous! It was also very clean and elegant. Breakfast as part of the deal was continental and not huge but cooked meals were available for purchase. The best hotel we experienced in Europe. |

This was our first trip to Italy and my husband and I were celebrating our 31st Wedding Anniversary. After reading the reviews, we decided on the Hotel a La Commedia. It was perfect! The room was elegant and exactly what it looked like from the pictures we had seen. The people at the desk were great and answered all questions we had. It was a wonderful place to stay. The terrace bar/snacks were really nice and a good way to end the day. It was near shopping and Venice was walkable from this great location...not far from the Rialto Bridge, great food, St. Mark's Square, and a very nice park. The buffet breakfast was great! We had an absolutely amazing time! Only once did we smell an odor from the outside sewage, as I had read previously on a review about the hotel. But, it was no problem to us, we just closed the door leading to the bathroom and eventually the smell was gone. |

We found the hotel's location very convenient for the traveler. Central to Venice shopping,siteseeing (have the hotel suggest restaurants.). The hotel made all the arrangements for water taxi pick-up and baggage handling for us. From the Venice airport. Great staff, great rooms with many amenities, breakfast room served lovely buffet and roof top cocktails was a wonderful way to relax after shopping and site seeing all Loved the hotel, |

Room was beautiful and spacious. Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. They assisted us with booking all our activities. Very disappointed rooftop bar was not open during our stay. Breakfast area was packed no space available when we arrived. |

The position is ideal being close to the Rialto Bridge, water taxi and water bus stops and being within easy walking distance of high quality shops and St. Marks Square. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Roberto and Patrizia who added those little touches that make a stay something memorable. The rooms were clean and the soft furnishings were sumptuous. The roof terrace is a really attractive place to spend the last hours of the evening taking a last drink in the night air of the city. |

located by the rialto bridge, great accomodations, nice size rooms and bathrooms. very clean, quiet, great service. we were there in the beginning of july and returned beginning of august on our way back to the states it was like we never left. they made you feel at home. breakfast was wonderful the staff was very friendly. the only thing i would make clear is that even though it says san marco on the reservations the stop for the hotel is rialto... we got off at san marco with 2 children and luggage and had to make our way through alot of people and stairs. the next day we decided to take the narrow alley outside of the hotel and within a hundred feet we were at the waterfront and only steps from the rialto stop. |

Location between Rialto and San Marco, Luxurious room in “Venice style”, terrace with bar on the roof for evenings relaxation. We were very satisfied! Breakfast OK, but without fresh vegetables and fruits. |

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located to shops and historical sites and the rooms were lovely and quiet. Bathrooms were also beautiful. The staff helped us with book restaurants and water taxis Some of the staff were extremely cordial and welcoming while one was not. Also the breakfast left much to be desired...sometimes the fruit did not taste good as well as the assortment of breads. Finally, the price for usuage of internet access was high. We had just stayed in a hotel in Florence that had no charge for internet. |

We especially liked the comfort of the rooms. They are beautiful as well as comfortable. The beds were king-sized and comfortable, the bathrooms were lovely and the room was quiet with great air-conditioning. The location of the hotel is fantastic for touring and shopping. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation to the airport as well as making excellent suggestions for dinner and lunch. On our first visit we were given an upgraded room on the third floor. It was exceiptionally nice. On our second stay, we had the deluxe room which was a bit smaller than the upgrade, but still had all the wonderful amenities and charm. We were somewhat disappointed with breakfast. The fruit salad did not taste fresh on one of the days we stayed, and the bread was just okay. For such a nice hotel, I think they would do well to improve the breakfast. |
