Someone was there from 8:00 am (to provide fresh morning rolls, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, & coffee for breakfast) until around noon. After that time, guests were pretty much on their own. If there was a late check-in, then Daniella would be there to orientate the new arrivals with room assignments & keys. It actually wasn't a bad system, just different from the B & B's I'm accustomed to in the USA.
Location was lively and bustling with people.
B & B near Santa Croce Church and an easy walk to Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio. In the same location are leather factories, shops, and several restaurants with a taxi service area nearby.
