B&B A Venice Emeralds 1 & 2

Bellissimo! Posizione perfetta, praticamente in centro ma lontana dal caos..camera accogliente e pulita staff gentilissimo!!

La posizione nella città

L'ambiente è abbastanza fascinoso ma rovinato da un adattamento dei locali a b&b realizzato con poco gusto e alla bella e meglio

Moderno e con ogni confort, ben tenuto, pulitissimo, buonissima posizione per visitare la città, personale accogliente e più che disponibile.

Il prezzo in b&b - doppia privata (dove noi abbiamo soggiornato) non è propriamente economico, ma a Venezia tutti I parametri sono sfasati! In ogni caso, non ci è mancato nulla!

Location is excellent! 10 min walk from St. Marks and 10 min from Rioalto. The owner is friendly and willing to help you with anything you may need. Facilities and room were perfect for us. We'll definetly stay there next time we go to Venice!

It was wonderful!! Clean, centrally located and good value for the price. Great breakfast in the morning provided by Guiseppe, the owner. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

No elevator to carry luggage, we had to leave our luggage on the first floor.

We were in A Emeralds 2 across the way from the main B&B. The room was superb and was cleanned each day. The breakfast room was excellent with more than we could eat, and Giuseppe was a terrific host.

No down side.

Giuseppe is a very nice and friendly person. He gave us advice on places to visit, how to get there and also best places to eat. The room was very clean and also big.

Owner Peppe is a nice person who provides us helpful information. Room is clean. Breakfast is very good especially the crossiant made by Peppe. Highly remmend to all.

Located at 3rd floor. It is a problem for those who are carrying big luggage.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and nutritious. The owner (Giuseppe) was a very warm and kind person. The room was decorated very nicely, and it was a wonderful experience. Giuseppe is also generous, and unlike other hotels in Italy that were stingy about soap and shampoo, he gave us a lot of those (that we didn't use most of it), without asking. The room was cleaned everyday, and it was supposed to be cleaned only once.

The small problems were that if you want to check in after 23:00 it is not welcomed. Giuseppe waited for us, but he really did not like this. The other thing is, if you have a heavy luggage, you need to carry it up the stairs and there is no elevator. However, Giuseppe told us that for elder couples he takes the luggage up himself.

It's not a hotel. just hostel

Really loved my stay at b&b a Venice Emeralds...found it a little hard to find but the accommodation and Guiseppe's friendly and welcome personality more than made up for any hassle..he is fantastic!

Pepe the owner was one of the friendliest and most welcoming people I have met. He made us feel as if we were one of his family and over and above the accommodation helped us get the most out of our visit. The room was clean, spacious, bed comfortable and a good shower facility. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. There was a lot of attention to detail and the best b&b we have stayed in.

Venice Emeralds is a good b&b option for those going to Venice, specially for the location.

The room was cold and there was no option of turning heating on. The shower was the worse part, with little water coming out and not hot - just warm.

The location is super. It's just minutes from center and quiet even dung the day. Hotel owner is super nice and helpful to us.

Very successful location - between San Marco and Rialto. A historical building of the xv century near Grimani's Palace. Thus away from crowds of tourists. 3 minutes on foot from a water taxi. Pleasant owner. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Free WiFi access. Comfortable number.

Excellent location, although a little tricky to find it the first time. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent, coop right downstairs, good restaurants nearby and just 5 mins walk from Realto bridge.

The hotel owner Pepe made the stay so comfortable and enjoyable. He told us everything that we needed to know about where to eat, how to navigate etc. He was always on hand to give information and advice. Probably the most friendly guy in Italy! He made my marriage proposal to my fiancee so much easier and romantic.

The only downside to the stay was the room was freezing. The owner told us that all hotels in Venice have to turn their heating off on the 20th March. If you are checking in outside of the stated hours make sure you inform the hotel manager before travelling. There was a note on the door one night asking the travelers to stay elsewhere as they had not checked in before a certain time and did not inform the hotel.

Very good

We had a room and an apartment and both were very clean. Giuseppe and Chantel were terrific hosts who clearly wanted us to enjoy our accommodations and their city. They were very responsive to our requests. The location of the room was right off Campo Fromosa (not the full name) so the location was really good (about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge). The surrounding area was charming, with lots of shopping and restaurants.

If you're looking for luxury, this would not be it. Both places were very nice but rather basic. The apartment had been "redecorated" and was certainly adequate, although it lacked basic amenities like shampoo and soap. For a short stay of only two nights, I would have liked a little more luxury so probably wouldn't go this route again. The bed and breakfast was a long walk from the apartment as well. My aging parents found it difficult to navigate the distance. Because their room (which also was not in the bed and breakfast) did not have an exterior bell or intercom, we had difficulty contacting them when they were in the room (they didn't have an international cell phone).

Très bon accueil avec Giuseppe. Hôtel très bien situé.
