Clean, well kept, reasonably priced, good location - quiet but near public transport and railway station. The staff is polite and helpful.

The room and the shower cabin were tiny but nice anyway. No 24 h reception.

Clean and comfortable hotel, the room is big, good value for money. Bus stop, train station, supermarket are very close. 10 minutes and you are in Venice.

Poor facilities,bad staff attitude,bad sound insulation,need strong heart to bear all the unhappy and depressing things.

Staff were accomodating, the rooms were nicely furnished (albeit in a 'funky' manner) and the Internet connection was excellent. Booked during Winter so got a very cheap price and therefore fantastic value. Conveniently located down the road from Mestre train station (5 minute walk) and there was also a supermarket across the street. Mestre is only 10 minute train ride from the cluttered main part of the city (alighting santa lucia) where you often see tourists trundling with their baggage confused and searching frantically for a small alleyway containing their hotel. We found it was much better to live in Mestre and then venture into the city.

The lighting, while intentional to give a sort of bar-like atmosphere can be a bit dark at times.

It's so close to the train station and easy access to Venice. Well priced for the type of good accomodation and cheaper than staying in Venice.

Location: Perfect for a visit to Venice, quiet side street, but very close to Mestre station. Parking: available, easy to access. Price: Very good value for money, especially when travelling with children (family friendly!). Rooms: + Modern and economic style, simple but nice. Fancy showers ;-) + Clean and neat, compliment to the maid. + Family friendly. o Room size is not impressive. Didn't try the breakfast, didn't look worth the extra cost. Staff friendly, not so amiable, but ok. Combination price/location/style make it recommendable. I will go there again if passing through.

Отличное расположение, 10 минут на автобусе и ты в Венеции. Номера небольшие, но стильные и уютные. Убираются хорошо, полотенца выдают с ибытком. Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда готов помочь. Недалеко на виа Пиаве есть хороший ресторанчик Колумбус, а в 15 минутах ходьбы - шоппинг-квартал.

Маленькая комнатка для завтрака и небольшой выбор продуктов.

Albergo molto nuovo e moderno. Entrato in una camera del piano terreno, piccola e un po' umida, fatta notare l'umidità, mi hanno spostato in una camera del piano superiore, ottima e comoda. Da lodare la gentilezza. Evitare le camere al piano terra!

Unica peca: dopo una certa ora la zona in cui è inserito l'hotel non è ben frequentata.
