Location was convenient as it was on the end of a metro line, no changes from Cordona
The address was a little confusing, the metro stop with the same area name was some distance away. There was a stop much closer
Very clean Good staff Good location Near to Metro
Wifi disconnected several times and need to relogin .
Location, location location!! Good parking provision and easy to find. Air-con very reliable once you ask reception to change the setting! Head waiter at breakfast was probably the best asset of the hotel.
Wifi useless not enough logins for the guests. Bar poor.
The bed was comfortable.
No decent restaurants in the area. Unsafe area to walk in the day time, we would not go out in the evening. The hotel restaurant had a poor menu ie curried chicken nuggets for adult main meal.
Very clean, kind and helpful staff, gave as an upgrade because we were traveling with a child, children playground: small but made our child happy
The breakfast used to be better before, with fresh orange juice and bacon
Every thing was good.
They can work on swimming pool and jim
Free parking, good breakfast, clean hotel. I check in late and check out early in the morning. Great and friendly staff. Wifi in room not very good
great help desk. Friendly staff.
Clean room, good value for money, kind staff.
Poor Wi-Fi in my room.
Location close to to metro/train/bus stations. Good breakfast, good room and all facilities. Car parking free and at hotel.
The hotel has secure underground parking, an excellent fitness centre for a traveler (sauna & pool etc). Close to Metro & direct connection to Duomo. Staff very helpful. If you drive to Milan in a good car & want no parking headaches & don't mind to use the metro to get about then this hotel is perfect.
Interior of hotel is excellent but the exterior needs a tidy & a gardener! The local area is not beautiful.
We booked triple bedroom, not 2+1, but we got just that - an extremely uncomfortable third bed (a sofa!!), but were still charged full price!
The hotel is located very near metro station. Everybody was kind and we got our room before check-in time. The room was big enough, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great, we did not miss anything. We will come again.
Next to train station and free on-site parking.
Wifi connection was very weak in our room.
Location to transport, pool, gym and sauna. TV channels with movies and other program's in English.
No electric kettle in the room. Gym equipment is old and needs replacing.
I'm pleasantly surprised. The hotel offers such a great value for the money. Free parking in its underground garage, free swimming pool, mini gym, sauna, etc etc. The stuff is great and very pleasant, rooms are comfortable and clean, wifi works great. Metro is just 2 minutes of walk away. My #1 choice for staying in Milano!
Good location, a bit outside of city but very close to the metro station (20 min ride by metro to Duomo station). It was a very hot day and AC in the room was doing a good job (but a bit noisy). Spacious room (family suite). Ok breakfast. Very good private parking on site. Excellent value for money.
A bit noisy AC.
Location: very easy to go into the city. Very nice Italian restaurant nearby.(vento di sardegna), Child friendly: playground outside, pool, nice crib, high chair in the room prepared. Big dining table. Nice breakfast: some bio products, egg ham cheese, cakes, juice, coffee etc
It had a playground in the front court.
There were quite a few very very disappointing issues with this hotel. To start with the ad on Booking.com says there is a hotel restaurant. When we arrived they informed us the restaurant and bar are only open Monday through Thursday. This was a huge issue, as having a restaurant in the hotel when travelling with two young children is quite important to us. The other misleading part about the booking.com ad was that we secured a rate for adjoining rooms. We assumed this would be two rooms that shared a door so you could comfortably sleep with family. This was not the case, we simply had two completely separate rooms. Once we got over the disappointment of all the booking.com ads we tried to enjoy our stay. The desk clerk was extremely rude and really showed no appreciation or assistance with helping us. The room was non-smoking but it smelled as if someone had smoked in it hours before we arrived. To use the Wi-Fi you had to get a unique password every 24 hours. The password did work but connectivity was spotting and through put was terrible. All in all this was a terrible experience and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The one redeeming part of the trip was that within a 1/5 mile walk there was a wonderful restaurant call San Giovani!
Very friendly staff, very clean!
kind personnel. good wifi connection nice pool
electric problem on room: light switches on and off spontaneously, also at night. old fashioned hotel: could use some renovation. Poor shower head
Pretty good facility, very close to Metro stop for easy access to Milano. Facility is a bit dated, but still pretty good. Breakfast was well done.
Pool needs to be warmer, fitness facilities in general could use some updating.
The staff were very efficient. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and maintained very well. Very efficient hotel.
The price was high but of course it cannot be helped during Milano Salone.
The hotel is situated immediately next to the red Metro line, so really convenient for getting around. But, equally, it is right at the very end of the line... The breakfast was copious and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The wifi does not work if you are any distance from the server. We were on the sixth floor, so no chance! We reserved a suite with a jacuzzi bath, which also, sadly, didn't work. The spa and pool is only open from 6-10 in the evening, when most people are out to eat. I notice that there are many negative comments about this on the site. It seems sad that good facilities, which would render this hotel otherwise excellent, are mostly closed, even at weekends. I can understand the opening times for business travelers during the week, but surely guests could be accommodated in the daytime at weekends? It would be very good value for money IF the facilities were available!
