Hotel staff were extremely friendly giving maps and answering all questions. Hotel was very clean tidy and well decorated. Location was quiet but central. |

The staff were friendly, and sympathetic to the failings of the hotel. The position of the hotel offered relative quietness in a very busy and touristy area of Italy.Good breakfast. The lift was not working. The swimming pool was closed. Wi-fi internet was only available from a sofa in reception. |

The staff was helpful and professional, clean and pretty rooms, breakfast OK. Accordingly to visit of Sirmione itself, the hotel was pretty far from the historic centre and we saw lots of hotels closer and in more interesting places. However, the location of the hotel is not bad, most of the common facilities (supermarket, farmacy, bus station etc.) were close and convinient to get there. In 15 minutes it is possible to get to the beach and to swim there. |

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms clean and well kept and the pool very pleasant. It is approximately 25min walk to Sirmione. There are lots of restaurants close by and the lake is only a ten minute walk away. However it is further away from Sirmione if that is why you want to stay there. |

There were shops open around the hotel till late. The hotel was OK but quite far (about 3 km) from the historical center of Sirmione. Also the elevator did not work. |

Pleasant and helpful staff. Well situated, quite close to actual beach. Nice restaurants and shops nearby. Clean and spaceous rooms. Nice pool. Free parking and free wi-fi. Breakfast was ok. Parking spaces in the garage were so limited that it made parking quite difficult. Air conditioning in the room was available at extra charge. Wi-fi worked quite poorly when used in the room. |

Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und stets um den Gast bemüht. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend mit großer Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Anlage mit Pool und Garten sind dem Alter entsprechend sehr gepflegt.Bin innerhalb kurzer Zeit wiederholt in dieses Hotel gereist.Das Hotel kann ich nur sehr empfehlen. Auch 2010 werde ich mit Sicherheit dort wieder zu Gast sein. |

Der Pool ist sauber gewesen und jedes Zimmer besitzt einen Balkon. Am Sonntag war da Buffet ziemlich leer gefegt und es wurde auch nicht neu eingedeckt. Erst nach Fragen wurden die Sache erledigt. |

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Beide Damen haben sich wirklich bemüht, unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da der aufzug defekt war, wurde uns als ausgleich die Klimaanlage kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Durch die zentrale Lage bietet sich das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren an. Nicht gefallen hat mir die Tiefgarage des Hotels, die sehr eng ist. Mit einem Mittelklassewagen muss man minutenlang rangieren, um ohne Schaden in die Parkbucht zu gelangen. |

Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, WLAN im Hotel kostenlos, Pool gut, der Aufzug war defekt, dafür war die Air Condition im Zimmer kostenlos Dusche ohne Rand und zu kleiner Duschvorhang, daher war das Wasser immer im ganzen Bad verteilt, Fernseher sehr klein und hängt weit oben, am Pool zu wenig Schatten-Liegeplätze |

Bonne situation géographique : calme, à proximité du lac et des commerces, possibilité de tout faire à pied. Petit garage mais stationnement facile et sans risque autour de l'hôtel. Personnel d'accueil et ménage sympa et serviable. piscine appréciable. propreté. Sirmione est une jolie petite ville à connaitre. Pour découvrir les autres villes autour du Lac, louer un scooter. Petit déjeuner correct mais nous avons été déçus par le jus d'orange (goût chimique). pas de jus d'orange frais. |
