The service from the guys on reception was outstanding, from helping us up the numerous steps with all our bags, directing us to excellent places to eat with the children and helping us book our ferry to the mainland - we could not have asked for more.
Our apartment was across the road from the main building in a separate courtyard from the luxury hotel where unfortunately we had a couple of dogs and some noisy neighbors to contend with.
- very nice staff - outstanding breakfast - very comfortable rooms - unbeatable price for all the services
Amazing staff, very helpful and with a good sense of humor. Lovely breakfast!
Breakfast was fantastic with a fantastic range of foods including home made cakes!! Owner/staff are super-helpful, genuine and friendly. Room was spotless
Very impressed with accommodation and how friendly and competent the staff were. The apartment wasn't really big but what would you expcect. The furnishings were modern and functional. Highly recommend for a stay in Palermo. By the way Breakfast was fresh and plentiful if you wanted it, reflected the simple and rustic nature of Sicily.
Happy couldn't pinpoint anything which would be of concern
The staff were amazingly hospitable, helpful and absolutely go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and I will definitely be going back. Flawless, faultless holiday.
Excellent old-town location adjacent to Abatellis Palace, in vicinity of the sea promenade, in walking distance to Palermo Cathedral; the exceptional quality of staff (family atmosphere, thank you David and the team!!!); cozy rooms (super-comfortable beds, clean, artistic design, AC); tasty breakfast comprising lots of products(including, in addition to standard European type also delicious local cheese cake, almond bisquits); option to extend a stay for a few additional hours (extra paid)

The welcome and staff fantastic. A great place to sttay in Palermo
Staff were warm, welcoming and super friendly. Breakfast was a feast, lots of choice and homemade cakes. Warmest thanks to Jean-Pierro, Daniella and David who made our Sicilian trip one to remember
staff very helpful, breakfast is the best I've had in Italy!!
Approach of our host is very positive, smiling . The first night I was not happy with my room, and the next they they tried to do their best to make me feel happy and comfortable. It is the greatest breakfast I have ever had in all over Italy.
Before you book the room be careful of what type of room reserving. The first night, I stayed in an apartment in another building ,which is decorated very well and modern, much more spacious and comfortable but there is a lack of air ventilation issue. If you are not as obsessed as I am with with air circulation issue, this would not be a bad option either. But over all, it is a very good choice to pick this hotel .
Location of the hotel near the city center. It was fun to stay in a real palazzo. Welcoming staff.
Staff were lovely, freshly baked cakes as part of breakfast, rooms were very spacious and modern. Hotel very easy to find and close free public parking.
It was located in dark quiet lane so walking home late night was a slight concern, nonetheless we had no problems getting back safely.

close to restaurants
I did contact hotel to confirm my reservation on the day of my arrival. I told that I will come around 22:00 local time. Reception desk inform me that there will be extra fee ( 20 euro ) for late arriving. This information was on the website but I have not read it and I was very bad surprised. In my opinion is not fair and I do not like it. The hotel is not easy to find. I could not find the door so I call the phone number I got from booking. The person who picked up the phone could not speak english!!!! I was told that they are "full" and there is no room for me. I told them that I am from booking.com but it did not help!!! I had to call again and explain very slowly the situation... after 5 min of conversation I was told that somebody is going to escort me to reception. People of staff are not very friendly expect one girl:) I did not like my experience with this hotel. MY RATING IS 7.1
Booked the evening before but still okay with Abatellis Luxury, big plus for that! Great staff, great breakfast, clean, fresh, good assortment of complimentary toiletries and one of those rarities where the hotel is as good as the pictures.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Excellent breakfast! Located in an interesting part of town, all in walkable distance.
The neighbours in the flat upstairs from our apartment were a bit too noisy.
Lovely, very large room with all conveniences. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast table shared with other guests. Wonderful to be opposite Palazzo Abatellis. Balcony in room, so felt part of 'the street'. Near the port and quiet square for eating.
Up two flights of stairs. Did not check that we had prepaid.
We had booked the suite which was very spacious and with a great balcony to watch live in Palermo as it is! Very clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast really nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff, the room was very comfortable.
We loved the building, the location and the comfortable bed. Breakfast was home made and interesting.
The room was quite small fora long stay.
The address is easily found (not a given in Palermo city centre) and we were welcomed very warmly. The room was impeccably clean and functional, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is prepared freshly each morning and includes delicious home-made cakes and Sicilian specialities. If in Palermo, look no further - this is the best choice for quality and location.
Ikea style deco
Pay attention and do not book an "appartment". It is located in other buiding, tipycal sicilian court, smelly, and neither clean nor well maintained. What is worst, the"appartment" has no other ventilation than the door,it has two levels being the upper one only accessible by very steep stairs ( no way to take your luggage there!), with just a wide closed door separating you from a family with a crying child.
I can not say enough about the staff, they were amazingly generous with kindness, information about the city they love-and very attentive to the needs of the guests! They went above for my boyfriend and I that I was sad to leave! The rooms were spotless and elegant. The location is perfect, I really loved it!
I have nothing negative to say! I loved the place and the people.
