Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also location was a big winner as we travelled by train and only had to wheel our luggage a very short distance.

Location and friendly staff

It was dusty, but otherwise pretty clean. The air conditioning was not on and it needed to be. It was hot. We were forced to keep the windows open at night for air which let in noise and bugs. The Church bells(63 rings)start before 7am. Sometimes dogs barking all night long make sleeping with the windows open impossible..Maybe we are spoiled Americans but every hotel we stayed in Italy turned off the ac at night time when we desired it most. And kept it cool during the day when we were usually out sightseeing. The guest has no control over their room temperature even though there are controls/thermastats in the room. I guess they are there for decorations.

The location was convenient to rail and bus transportation. There was a beautiful garden terrace to relax and have a beverage. Breakfast was good and plentiful; hotel decor was excellent.

Price may have been too high.

Excellent location: five minutes easy walk from the station. Charming and quiet garden, large and comphortable lobby, international press in the lobby. Quiet. Charm of the old Abbey.

Room had comfortable bed but was very small.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was close to the railway station.

I would have liked to have been able to have a shower.

I liked every thing in it. specially the staff they helped us to shuttle from the hotel to airport on the exact time. thanks mikro

The hotel is just around the corner from the train station, car park and shipping terminal. The fact that it is a converted monastery makes for a really interesting and different stay.

Chambres lamentables. Sur le site internet, they show the few rooms re- furbished, but rooms are not refurbished and looks like a ymca.

We loved everything! Location was great!

The only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable.

The recption and lobby Staff were very helpful, friendly and very polite. Nothing was a bother. Place was very clean and fantastic location as its 5 mins from train station, which was an easy walk.

The bed was rather uncomfotable. Kitchen breakfast staff never removed dirty plates from our table when we dined in for breakfast

The recepcionist was helpful and kind.

Old, uncomfortable, noisy heater (couldn't sleep at night), and crazy sewing system: when somebody was having a shower on the upper floor, the water came out from my shower drain hole. It is not really worth the money, too expensive for such bad standards. No morning greetings from other members of staff, specially at breakfast (not vey polite)

The room was good, both me and my girlfriend loved the interior decoration. And the staffs were.very nice.

All the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out on the garden which was nice. Great location, not far from the train station.

Decoration is nothing special and even a little bit old. No bottled water or kettle in the room.

Very close to main train station. It is in an alley way, not a road, so if you blink you will miss the road. Come out of train stn and turn left. About 100m laneway on your left. Good location to everything.

All the construction and scaffolding surrounding entire hotel.

Location is great, and nice breakfast quiet room. 地点好，早餐丰富，房间也宽敞、安静。

double price during festival. And thers's no showerheads in bathroom, so I feel nncomfortable when I take shower. 房价在嘉年华最后一天的时候几乎是翻倍的，另外由于莲蓬头没有架子，洗澡的时候非常不便，而且也没有防水板- ，洗完澡满地都是水。

The bell tower is next door, you definitely will be woken up at 7 am. The breakfast is suck. It is located at a narrowed lane,if it is big rainy day,you need cross ponded water to get there.

The service of the hotel was so wonderful and the location is very close to the train station. The Front Desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Stunning hotel,discreetly but conveniently placed. Comfortable,elegant,characterful. Delightful staff,very professional and endlessly helpful. Mid-range but surprisingly great value. I'll be disappointed if I can't stay here next time I'm in Venice!

Location is the best! Near railwaystation, bus stops, parking and several vaporeto stations. Walking to St.Marco is about 20 min through lots of shops and boutiques.

No lift, but staff helped me to lift up my luggage. Very slow internet via WiFi all the time.
