The buffet breakfast is served between 06:30 and 10:00 in the breakfast room or in the private garden. You can choose between espresso coffee and cappuccino, milk, different varieties of tea, herbal tea, juices, yogurts, fresh croissants, jam, butter, chocolate, fresh bread, toasted bread, cakes, biscuits and cereals. Sliced ham and cheese by request, with extra charge.

部屋面積が広くゆったりできる。朝食が充実している。道路に面しているが静か。駅の目の前で移動が楽。 市街地まで距離があり駅前のため夜間の外出には注意が必要。 |

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent if travelling by train. The room I had was particularly noisy. The plumbing from the next room sounded as if it was in my room. |

The girls at reception desk were always smiling and helpful. The waiting staff in the breakfast/dining area were not efficient especially if one arrived later during the session. |

Very clean & very comfortable. Great location for those not travelling by car. The staff were very professional and helpful but cool, which was my experience in the whole of Mantova so probably a local trait. |

Really close to the railway station. Free wifi. Historic city center within walking distance (if you like to walk). Good value for money. I would choose this hotel again, regardless of my negative remarks. Nice simple cafe open in afternoon and evening, so you can get your coffee or a glass of whatever (Quality OK, different from the free breakfast). Staff does not understand much English or French, even if they try. Breakfast is very "budget". The choice and service is OK, but the food and drink itself is as cheap as it gets ("juice" is sugar water with fruit taste, coffee is the worst I had in Italy ...). |

This hotel is especially convenient for travellers by train, and is also well served by buses and taxis to the city centre. It stands opposite the station on a busy road, so we were very pleased to have a nice quiet secluded room in a courtyard at the back of the hotel. Breakfasts were good and the hotel has useful information about the city. Most staff were friendly and helpful. One senior member of staff seemed to have a hostile attitude. Her actions were perfectly correct but her manner was extremely cold and off-putting. One of our bedside lights didn't work. I mentioned this at reception, but nothing was done about it. We saw no remote control for the television or instructions about how to operate it. |
