Fantastisk hotel, personale og beliggenhed. Kan absolut anbefales.

Poolområdet var superdejligt

Værelserne var pæne store og god balcony.Morgenmaden var god bortset fra brødet.

Servicen i receptionen burde være på et højere niveau. Håndklædepolitikken er irrenterende, fordi rengøring flytter på håndklæderne, hvis de ikke er lagt til vask. Hotellet er ikke til fem stjerner -men fire.

I like you can see the tower from hotel. Rooms are comfy, breakfast is all you can eat. Wifi is free

Hotel is in residential area. No help with luggage to room. Breakfast is odd, illuminus scrambled egg, marshmallows and very strange tasting orange juice, like one orange squeezed into 10pints of squash. Very odd. My main complaint is the steak, the waiter brought it out, was carving, had to stop to get another knife, then I noticed it was not cooked( not rare because no blood, just not cooked!) I told waiter and he stropply put knife down took steak back came back it still looking rare, he flared his arms throwing another basket of cold bread to the table and stormed off. Very upset. Then they charged €60!! It is suppose to be €5 per pound! They did not tell us the weight of the steak until the bill, and saying it was 1.2kilos, well my math is not genius level but I worked out this is approx 2.3pounds so the cost should have been at the very most €15 euros. I have asked manager to refund me they say the price is right :( no help no apology. Also the first night the corridors are dark, my partner tripped over a brick, turns out the cleaners use them as doorstops! The service is rubbish. There were used non replenished bathroom goods. The instructions for where to leave used towels had spelling mistakes. The wifi you have to constantly reconnect. You can hear people in the next rooms moving chairs etc. The shower is so low even me 5'2" had to crouch! The temperature changes hot to cold. The shower fixing was coming away from the wall. This hotel is most definitely not 5* rating at all! You get much better service from 2*! Also on checking out tgey charged us city tax which is €2 per person per night, never been charged this anywhere before, of there are taxes to be paid it should this in the price.DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY STAYING HERE!

Not a 5 star hotel and booked a suite with lounge which was falsely shown by Booking.com website as the leather suite is the honeymoon suite

Breakfast was good but not a wide choice.

Situation brilliant to visit the Tower of Pisa etc. Lovely views of the town which is just a stones throw away

Annoying Wifi set up, terrible restaurant, lacking any sort of 5 star service. Very basic hotel.

We stayed there as we were visiting Florence and had an early flight the next morning. The hotel was perfect for that.

This is not really a five stars hotel. There were some problems with the shower and it's far away from the town.

Location not good... Dont take this hotel if u r not going to rent a car in Pisa, and the hotel staff only can one taxi driver for guest which cost 5 eur more per way!!!!!!!

1.) no light switch in the exercise room 2.) breakfast lacks fresh components like fruit, salad and the coffee from the machine is bad 3.) ordered a salad for dinner but it was disappointing, not even cheese, only plain corn, salad and paprika

Location of hotel is remote from the Old Town and a 20 min walk. Very poor glazing in bedroom and noise from busy road through out the night. Did not have been a great nights sleep.

The access to a quadruple room is through exterior area,and the secundary beds is very uncofortable and small

Breakfast: the 5 star hotel could afford a natural orange of whatever juice !! Not a horrible liquid they propose. Also the breakfast assortment should correspond to 5 stars. There were somebody's long hair on the bed ! The water splash in the wc did not work properly. When you book this hotel via Booking.com the price looks attractive, but you then you discover that breakfast is not included. Generally it is not 5 star hotel !!

The staff seems pleasant.

Short version; I hope to never stay here again. First of all it's noisy unless you overlook the pool. The walls are paper thin which is only an issue if someone is in the room next to you. The big problem with the noise is if you face the Pisa you hear the cars up and down the expressway all night & day because of the single pane windows. Also the heating of the room is really poor, even when they 'adjust' the thermostat from the office (they have it pre-set to a certain range). Even after it's reset at a higher temperature it takes hours to warm up the room. Many hours. Also the showers are awful! The water ranges from freezing to scalding. Remember when someone used to flush a toilet and your shower would get cold about 30 years ago before they mad different valves? Well you get to relive that at the hotel. I don't know why the water temperature bounces, but I did confirm with another traveler and he said all the rooms are like that. Also the location is pretty awful if you want to walk anywhere. Now the traveler I spoke with did say this hotel is about as good as it gets in Pisa, in which case I would strongly recommend staying in Florence and training into Pisa. And finally, the restaurant has an extremely limited menu. A rather formal and very sophisticated menu, that is extremely limited in scope. Not good if you want something remotely casual.
