Abitalia Tower Plaza

Отличный отель, по всей видимости абсолютно новый. Красиво, чисто, уютно. Все что касется работы персонала - отвратительно. Ну может только кроме носильщака чемоданов )) Надменная портье, разговаривавшая "через губу", хамоватые официантки в ресторане, в том числе одна из них русскоязычная. В общем именно они испортили впечатление об отеле.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. We arrived very late and they arranged for us to have toasted sandwiches and drinks. Parking a bonus.

Breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic and kept running out of things e.g coffee, milk, croissants, spoons, cups etc. It would take maybe 5-10 minutes to be replenished which was a bit frustrating and we had to get up and down from the table several times. No shuttle bus to town centre.

Very handy for the international airport, Food was very well prepared, wine selection could be more comprehensive.

This is quite a new hotel and part is still being finished. Rooms are of a high standard though suites have rather poor sofa beds (too hard) and no curtains or shutters in one of the rooms, so you wake up with the daylight. The pool area is good. A bit short of loungers in the height of summer but overall we were impressed by this hotel. Breakfast was excellent,bar a bit expensive and cleaners over attentive coming into rooms about three times a day! On balance 5 star is a reasonable aspiration for this hotel, which is probably a good 4 star with potential (once finished). It is very handy for the airport 13 Euros by taxi and has great views of the Tower ,which is amazing and is just 20 minutes walk away. Plenty of parking too.

The reviews saying prostitues operate nearby at night are correct,but we never saw more than 2 or 3. The hotel suffers from being in the outskirts of Pisa and close to some derelict factory sites. The walk into Pisa is a bit seedy as you need to go through a long underpass beneath the railway.This is clearly used by some lowlifes as there are a number of discarded syringes in it. Abitalia ought to consider an evening shuttle service to the Piazza Miracoli a bit like the better hotels in Sorrento do.

Great breakfast, fantastic pool. Can see the leaning tower from almost everywhere in the hotel.

Staff were preoccupied and not very informative. Hardly saw any smiles. Room service menu is virtually non existent.

the hotel (lobby and our family room )were very clean and very nice

in our family room was a kitchen but there was not teapot (kettel) to make tea or coffee and no saucepans to cook.

The staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. Were allowed to hold onto our room until it was time for us to leave for the airport which was 2 hours after usual check out time. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the evening was very good also. Lovely live entertainment on one of the evenings.

Not enough sun loungers around the pool.

Abitalia Tower Plaza, Pisa. Convenient for 20 minute walk to Tower. Pool nice, but insufficient sunbeds as usual and too many were 'bagged' by towels with no users in sight. for convenience we ate in the hotel, but while food quality was good, quantity was basic. Nice large showers. Bright modern decor. Good air conditioning. Parking right outside. Can drive right up to hotel door to unload/load. Great to have fridge and hair drier. Great breakfast buffet.

Whilst close enough it was not a particularly pleasant walk through a long concrete underpass to get there. Quite heavy doors to rooms and were a little difficult to open - needed a good push once the "beep" was audible! Hotel was located at the end of what appeared to be a rundown housing estate and the road number did not appear on the sat nav in my 2010 car.

The hotel itself is very impressive. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The staff in general were very helpful especially on reception. The head waiter was also extremely friendly and pleasant.

We didn't like the fact that there were so few sun loungers by the pool. It put us off usiing the pool at all. Also, breakfast was quite disorganised on two of our three mornings. On one morning I couldn't get a teacup, spoon, coffee, hot water or milk. All had run out and hadn't been replenished even though there was an hour of breakfast to go. It took quite a while before I could sit down and enjoy my breakfast.

The hotel was clean, bright, spacious and the room had a wonderful tower view. Close to Pisa airport. Good train links to other cities.

We found the staff not all that friendly - not sure if that is an Italian trait. On checkout we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay and were presented with a total bill to pay (with added drinks/eats etc. we had had over our stay) without the opportunity of checking it first. It is a good 20 min walkalong a busy road and part underpass into the centre so you really need to get taxi's everywhere.

Hotel decor is very nicely done and location was perfect.

Insufficient pool chairs, service levels not up to scratch.

The hotel is very modern and convenient which is exactly what we wanted for our trip.

We were asked to wait 20 minutes for a seat for evening meal. There were insufficient sun beds available. At breakfast, items regularly ran out on the drinks / buffet. Shower gel and toilet paper not replenished in room on 2nd day.
