очень много комаров, весь потолок был в их трупах, покусали всех. плохая шумоизоляция, слышно сосед. номер. шумный кондиционер. убогий район, промзона и проститутки

современный отель, очень вкусный завтрак, бесплатная парковка, бесплатный wifi на территории всего отеля, бассейн

без машины добираться до центра не удобно (находится не в историческом центре города), небольшой стандартный номер

Соотношение цена-качество просто потрясающее. Великолепный, просторный, комфортный чистый и отлично оборудованный номер. Наличие бассейна и шезлонгов. Вид на Пизанскую башню, в т.ч. с панорамной террасы на крыше. Очень квалифицированный и приятный персонал. Огромный бесплатный паркинг и бесплатный Интернет в номерах.

Очень высокие цены на меню в ресторане.

The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and we were made feel very welcome.

Nice hotel near Pisa with a 2 km distance view for Pisa tower. Rooms are modern and especially I liked the double shower.

I was very dissapoined by quality of breakfasts - it was a disaster!!! In 5 Star hotel ther was a breakfast poor like in 2 stars or lower. No wegetables, poor choice of anything, very fatty and low quality of becon or scrumbled eggs. At 9:00 the stuff stops bringing anything and for people who come at 9:30 there is nothing to eat at all except for some can fruits and cakes leftovers. When I asked for tomatoes as previous day at 8:00 there was few of them on the table - I was told they are not in menu this day and I need to pay 4€ this day to get them - like it would be some extrodinary luxurious part of the meal... Anyway choice is very poor and mostly you end up eating toast with butter and peace of cheapest ham on it as even there is lack of cheese on the table. Poor - do not overpay for This hotel!!!

The hotel is new and it shows: clean, spacious rooms with modern amenities. 20 minutes walk from the pisa tower, but you can book a bike from the hotel for free and get there in 5 minutes. Or you can rent (for a fee) small electric cars. Given that the hotel has a pool and a gym, and given the price, i prefered staying at this hotel and ride the bike in the morning. The hotel staff was also very nice, and helpful.

Feels more like a 4 star hotel (like an Accor Pullman or a NH Hotel), not a 5 star. Also worth noting: the gym wasn't fully functional and the hotel garden is not finished

For a 5 star you would expect a better breakfast with a more spacious breakfastroom and a more cosy and confortable Hotel. i would rate it a good 3 star. A bit far away from main tourist attraction or a decent restaurant

The hotel from the outside and in the reception looks very impressive. The bedroom would have been extremely comfortable except for water dripping through the ceiling onto the bed.

I think the hotel was operating on minimal staff. Check in was incredibly slow and very few staff were about. The hotel corridors needed vacuuming. The hotel is obviously not quite finished yet and this was probably the reason for water dripping through the ceiling and a constantly flushing toilet. The distance from the town is about 20 mins walk but not a very pleasant one although well worth the trek.

Design, forniture, very nice modern building, nice view from the room, very good breakfast, profesional staff. It is not 5 star, but 4 star. Very good price!!!! Free parking, easy to find

Location si faway from the city center, it is not walking distance!!!
