Приятный отель, очень тихий, хороший ресторан с великолепным панорамным видом на Пизанскую башню.

Чистый свежий и светлый номер.

Этот дизайн не для людей.

Nothing!! No pool ready, workmen inside area, more like 3 star than 5 star, food choice poor for breakfast, room had to change twice, they did not have our booking in system apparently. Roof terrace closed. Sauna?? Small room unopened. Waste of money. Dissatisfied.

We have stayed at the Abitalia Tower Plaza a number of times now and we like the central location and the luxury of the hotel.

We were disappointed that the hotel swimming pool was out of action and we were not told on check in.

this is an excellent hotel

The Cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms in the Hotel are spacious and very comfortable.

More waiting staff are needed during breakfast as many a morning it took quite a while for breakfast buffet to be replenished! Otherwise great!!

It is close from the Pisa tower, just around 15 min walk. Probably in summer, when the swimming pool would be opened, it would be a nice place to stay. Nice TV.

Many things: this is the kind of hotel that makes you wonder who gives the stars and reputation to hotels. Is never a 5 stars, never never. The concept is nice, the idea of how to design the room is nice, the way they did it and the details are horrible, there are multiple defects in the room. The hotel is still not finished, the swimming pool was being done/renovated. Many spots and dirt in the walls, seems the workers put their dirty hands in the walls and ceilings when they did it, as it is a new hotel. Big paint from the walls in the glass of the bathroom, nobody cleaned it. The room in general was very dirty. The bath was new but had brown spots which made it disgusting, apart of some components from the bath which were rusty. This room never represents the standard of a 5 star hotel, maybe if it was properly done by workers and clean, it would be close... but it is not. There was a party in the hotel and could listen to all the music, isolation of the room was awful. The breakfast is poor for a five star hotel. Very hard to find the hotel, even close to it there is no indication. I have been in many hotels and once they fix those defects, it is a clear 4 star hotel, but nothing more, if they do not fix them, I would never recommend to take such hotel, and even less for the price.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff that speaks good english. Nice rooms with bolcony and big bathrooms. About 15 min to walk to the leaning tower which you can see from the hotel.

Outside Pisa so a bit long to walk every day. 15 min to leaning tower and another 5-10 min to Pisa. Really bad waterpreassure in the shower. Breakfast could be better at this standard.

They upgraded the room upon request for additional 50% from an original room with a view of the inner courtyard and empty pool to a suite with an amazing view of the Tower of Pisa.

Must take taxi to hotel as it is too far to walk from train station (>3km), it is directly off of a main road, and there are no sidewalk on that road anyway. Wi-fi for mobile devices was horrible. They need to set it up correctly and amplify the signal. Breakfast was definitely more 3 star than 5 star.

New and fresh looking hotel, with very comfortable beds. Nice view on leaning tower from hotel.

Service was not worthy that of a 5-star Hotel: - at arrival we asked for assistance with our luggage. Friendly lady at desk showed us where the trolley was so we could do it ourselves!??! - When we turned on the air-conditioning, a large number of small bugs were coming out of it. Staff solved this quickly by giving us another room. - We stayed in the Hotel during Easter. Because of this the hotel restaurant was serving a special very expensive menu. We were simply told that we could only order from this menu and not from the standard one, not even for room-service. I find this unbelievable for a Hotel who claims to be 5-stars and basically a total lack of service! - As there were no restaurant in the surroundings of the hotel, we were forced to eat at the Hotel. With two persons we ate exactly one Easter menu, but were charged for more than 1,5 menu. - Main waiter (the boss?) in the restaurant was the living example of the Italian male cliche: spending 80% of his time at a table with two ladies dining together, and he even took 2 minutes to show our desert at those ladies before serving it to us!?! In our view total lack of manners and contempt of his other guests. - If you were early at breakfast the buffet was rather good. However, when things ran out, they were most of the time replaced by inferior goods or not re-filled at all. This I also expect better at 5 star hotel.
