Loved the garden and interior design and style

Worst!! customer service ever. - how long do you ignore customers at the front desk? Our first experience was repeated when we requested a car service to the airport for the following morning. I deliberately told my friend to go back to the front desk and confirm it because I had a feeling that they didn't care - so to ensure, stop off once more and confirm - they confirmed. And guess what? when she got up the next morning, they acted as if they had never seen us before. Also neighborhoood around the hotel is very dicey - and I'm from New York....

For a 4* I was expecting a quilt and decent pillows in the room. The pillows were very flat and it was a sheet and blanket on the bed. The bathroom was tired an it smelt a bit. I needed and early breakfast, only 15 mins before the actual time but they were inflexible.

Staff and service was etraordinary. The Art throughout the hotel is great.

The WiFi/WLAN signal was so weak it was not accessible in our rooms. We could only use it from the hallway or lobby.

The breakfast was the most amazing thing we participated in whilst at this hotel.

The shower seemed to fill up and not drain out as quickly as it needed to. But that's not really that bad.

Beautiful hotel - very artistic. Lovely room. Very good breakfast. Close to communications. Several nice restaurants in the area, e.g. Flame on Ostiense.

The bed was extremely hard. The surrounding quarters were a bit rough.

Facilita' nel raggiungere l'hotel in macchina, vicino alla metropolitana. 20 minuti a piedi dal colosseo. 20 minuti a piedi da trastevere. In 40 minuti di passeggiata arrivi tranquillamente alla fontana di trevi.

Vicino alla metropolitana Piramide(2 fermate dal Colosseo e 4 dalla stazione Termini).C'è Anche un autobus n 30,comodissimo per chi vuole visitare la città.L'albergo ha un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento (18 euro al giorno).Collazione a buffet,buona e abbondante.Sala collazione molto carina con tante vetrate.Camere ampie.La nostra aveva un terrazzino bellissimo.Eravamo arrivati la mattina presto,quindi molto prima dell'orario di check-in.Le camere ovviamente non erano a disposizione,ma ci hanno permesso gentilmente di lasciare I bagagli.La stessa cosa anche con la partenza-una volta liberata la camera,abbiamo lasciato I bagagli in reception e siamo tornati a ritirargli la sera.

Abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la vasca da bagno.Il tappo una volta messo non si toglieva più.Il giorno dopo ce l'hanno sistemato,dicendoci che hanno 2 camere che danno sempre questi problemi,e noi eravamo capitati in una di quelle!(che era una delle triple) Il primo giorno(credo) si erano dimenticati a lasciarci delle pantofole.Le abbiamo ricevute il secondo giorno.La vasca non aveva niente da proteggerla,quindi l'acqua schizzava ovunque, e il tappetino(quello da bagno) era uno solo,quindi- fradicio!

La colazione al mattino poco curata.

Dispone de una caftería para el desayuno muy agradable en la terraza.

La decoración de las habitaciones no está acorde con el resto de las instalaciones comunes, dejando que desear.

La pulizia delle camere e l'ampiezza delle stesse. Ottimo comfort sebbene su strada e ottima vicinanza a metro e stazione ostiense. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

E' migliorabile invece la scelta al buffet di colazione, con macedonia e presenza del personale.

L'hotel è molto carino, in una buona posizione. Se si pensa che Roma ha una rete metropolitana pressocchè inesistente, essere nei pressi di una delle fermate metro è davvero una gran cosa. Inoltre l'hotel è vicinissimo a Testaccio, per cui per la movida romana va benissimo.

Considerando che siamo in Italia, la terra del mangiare bene, per la colazione si potrebbe fare qualcosina di più.
