Everything is perfect plus a very good location - 5 min with taxi to the city center. Breakfast may be improved.

very clean and comfortable, nice bathroom and complementary toiletries, very good value for money with OK location, only 8 to 10 min walk to Florence City Center.

The Walls are to thin, you can hear the people in the adjacent room talk. Air conditioning is not working well

I forgot to present my Marriott membership card to hotel staff when checked in and was refused to add my points when I checked out the hotel. Probably it is not the hotel's fault as they might be partnered with Marriott. Good hotel for stay anyway. 15-20 mins walking to SMN railway station.

New, modern design, big rooms, excellent location, close to city center, bus & tram lines and the train station, great breakfast, guest parking (for €15). A really great surprise!.

Some of the problems Our family spent in the hotel for 5 days. Mu fully paid for in cash at the hotel and the city collection on the first day of stay. Visited the hotel in December 2012. Liked the cleanliness and design of the rooms. The rooms were warm and cozy. There is a Russian channel. Modern and comfortable hotel. Nice staff. Rooms very clean. Breakfast international of a very good level.

Acoustic insulation between rooms and with corridor is not appropriated for an hotel of this level. I was lucky my neighbours weren't much noisy during the night...

The hotel was super clean and modern. The staff was great from the cleaning lady to the receptionists they were helpful, kind and communicative to a non Italian speaker.

It is hard to get a great view of Florence and I wish our view were a little better.

We loved the location because it was very quite and on the outskirts of Florence. We like to walk lots so it was great

Just the pay for wi fi Needs to at least be free in lobby. Also there were snacks put out everyday and we think it was for the patrons of the bar but not really sure

Internet is not free and it costs a whooping 10 EUR/hour.

The bacon at the breakfast was soft and very greasy and the eggs were very watery.

One of the best beds I've slept in. Quiet room. Good a/c (no pun intended) Only 10 min walk to centre/train station. Mini bar free

The most I enjoyed was breakfast - all foods are very fresh and high quality, unforgettably delicious croissant. The sunset and night view on the loof was so impressive - you can see the whole city skyline. Free minibar was convenient.

Wifi & Business centre are so expensive.

The room, the breakfast, the location of the hotel if you travel with car. If you travel by car and you can afford it book a room there. It is 20 minutes by foot to the center of the town and outside zlt zone so you don't get fined.

Unacceptable in this price range not to be included internet access. I would expect the use of duvet in bed than blanket!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast spread was excellent, cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent to be recomended.

A business hotel with no free internet/WiFi - very poor

We booked a double room with extra bed for 8 year kid.hotel charge me 15 euro for upgrade the room as they cannot open extra bed to double room . if hotel accept my booking and confirm double room with extra bed they do not have right to charge me 15 euro.

적당한 가격에 로마 떼르미니역에서 도보로 15분정도 거리입니다. 호텔 옥상에서 언뜻보이는 두오모와 안락한 의자가 기억에 남네요^^ 호텔내부는 체인호텔 특성상 깔끔했던것 같습니다.

Situation de l'hotel à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Florence. Chambre très confortable et deco soignée et actuelle.

Чистый, приятный сетевой отель. Все что должно быть - все есть. Номер вполне просторный, минибар копеечный (все напитки по 2,5 евро). Все что ожидал - все есть. Завтра как любой другой завтрак. 5000 за сутки вполне нормальная цена для крепкой деловой 4-четверки. Расположение: до вокзала мы доходили за 7-9 минут (в зав-ти от светофора), до Думо - 18-20 минут по прямой практически.
