friendly/hepful people at the reception. Quiet room. very expensive prices at restaurant. Strange smell from carpets in the entire hotel. Far from the center. |

We liked its comfort, its service, its cleanliness everywhere, its easy access to a very efficient local public transit system, safe parking in a secure area at the hotel with immediate access to the elevator, very good quality breakfast, close to a supermarket. |

value for money Staff not friendly. I have to stand in front of the counter waiting for 15 minutes for the staff to finish his conversation with a guy just to ask for a tool to open a bottle of wine. I was also given a lesson not to try to take glasses from the bar later on. These all happened around 10p.m. |

Great looking hotel, big and comfy rooms, nice breakfast, very quality furniture in the hotel The garage was full when we arrived, so I had to park on the street which I'didn't especially like. Staff were a bit cold, but being it a business hotel I guess that is normal |

Very nice business hotel, good value for the money, great breakfast, although it is located out of the city good bus connection to most parts of the city The free mini bar sounds nice but is not more than two cans of coke! |

Very clean, silent, good comfort, good services. Near the highway. I was not interested in visiting Genova, so I don't know how easy is reaching the downrown. The neighborhood is not very nice and clean. |

Nice room. further from town center than we originally thought. air conditioning in the room did not work as well as other hotels we stayed at during this trip. wanted to charge is 15 euros for private parking compared to the advertised 12 euros, but after discussion ended up giving it to us for free. |

Big bedroom and bathroom.Quiet room.Restaurant.Big Garage.Free drinks in mini-bar(non-alcoholic) Difficult to find due to one-way system.Parking was good but car chained in untill bill paid.I have never known this in 40 years of travel.Food in restaurant only "fair" in choice and quality.Wine expensive. |

Camera e bagno vanno bene , il ristorante è buono ma un pò caro , frigo bar gratuito Prima colazione scarsa come qualità e quantità , personale di sala disattento . Arrivando a mezzanotte , mi è stato detto che aria condizionata spenta dalle 22 .protestando ho ottenuto uno sconto del 40 % sul prezzo della camera . |

Mini bar e colazione inclusi nel prezzo della camera . L'aria condizionata nel mese di maggio si spegne alle 22 , cosa evidenetemente inaccettabile per chi arriva alle 24 e trova la camera molto calda . Ho chiesto ed ottenuto uno sconto del 40 % sul prezzo della camera . |
