nice design; evidently new or very recently renovated; quiet; dining room staff very professional yet friendly; good breakfast. non very practical if you do not have a car (it's in the middle of nowhere even though it's not far from the railway station as the crow flies) |

Nothing. It is not a suitable location to visit Tuscany from No Residents Bar. Isolated location. Dangerous route to the Train Station. Breakfast service and breakfast leave a lot to be desired. No toilets in the lobby. |

Good breakfast, very luxurious. Cold rooms. We put out the airconditioning. Next day it was on again. And one day we had water at about 30 degrees in the shower. Not nice when the room is cold too. |

It's a great location to use to visit other parts of Italy. Pisa is about a 20 minute drive, Florence 60-90 minutes and Rome is three hours away by train. The train station is 7 minutes from the hotel. For usa military, Camp Darby is about a 20 minute drive. The hotel is in a very convenient location. I would definately use this hotel again and recommend it to others. Lovely hotel, great amenities, nice size room, beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast selection. Tasty food available for dinner in the restaurant. The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the restaurant staff was also very accomodating,even going the extra mile to prepare a small portion of bacon and eggs towards the end of the breakfast buffet.Grazie! |

Hôtel très design, confortable et très propre. Très bon tarif hors saison. Personnel parlant français. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, très complet avec des fruits frais et de très bonnes viennoiseries. Bonne situation pour prendre le bateau à Livourne, à 15 mn du port. Enfin, un hôtel qui mérite ses 4* en Italie. Beaucoup de travaux aux alentours et situé en zone industrielle et commerciale. Pas assez bien indiqué (en fait, il se situe juste à coté du petit centre commerciale) . Accès à internet un peu cher et pas encore disponible dans la chambre. |

Pulizia, cortesia, frigobar gratis, parcheggio sotterraneo. Moquette nei corridoi da sostituire (puzza di pesce). Vicinanza alla stazione si sente il fischio del treno (ma non disturba particolarmente). Colazione non da 4 stelle. |

Sehr angenehmes, sauberes und ästhetisch ansprechend gestaltetes Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes und recht vielseitiges Frühstück. Ideal als Zwischenstation bzw. Geschäftshotel. Die Lage des Hotels etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, auf die jedoch in den Beschreibungen deutlich hingewiesen wird. Aufgrund der Lage z.B. kein Restaurant o.ä. außerhalb des Hotels vorhanden. Im angrenzenden Einkaufszentrum befindet sich lediglich ein kleiner Pizzaimbiß, dessen Qualität nicht besonders hoch ist. |

Hotel nuovo, camere ben arredate in stile moderno e spaziose, ottima la posizione per i viaggi d'affari Sicuramente da rivedere il servizio al ristorante che definirei "inesistente": ottime le pietanze ma, a ristorante non certo full booked, l'attesa di 50 min. tra l'essermi seduto e l'aver ricevuto una semplice tagliata oltre ad aver dovuto richiedere a più riprese l'acqua ed il calice di vino, non contando il fatto che non mi è mai arrivato l'amaro, mi sembra non all'altezza della struttura. |
