Perfect pre-cruise hotel to Corsica. Close to Port (10 min by car). Nice, clean room, quick check-in and check-out procedure. Good choice.

The hotel is close to a shopping center...5 Minutes walking, Has free parking.We stayed only for one night, we went on a cruise the next day. It s a little bit expensive, but it s ok if you want a 4 star hotel

La posizione è molto buona per visitare la città o per viaggiare (hotel è ben indicato). Camera pulita, bagno bello pulito, colazione buona. Con shopping center accanto, poi ipercoop e Space movie center sono aggiungibili a piedi. There is no business center in hotel, considering it's almost a hotel for business. Fortunately there is a internet point in ipercoop.

The breakfast was excellent. The evening/night receptionist (female) is the most unwilling and unfriendly person I have ever met in a hotel which is supposed to have some class. The staff I saw in the morning seemed to be nicer. I will never return to this hotel because of the way I was treated in the evening. Further, the location is really outside the city and there is nothing around.

Very modern designs and extremely clean. King Suite was big and very comfortable. Modern tv, several windows and a great bathroom. This hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. It is connected to a couple of new stores, but other than that you are quite a distance away from restaurants, shops, the beach and any other reason to travel to Livorno/Pisa. No hot water my first morning; breakfast was limited; no irons in the entire hotel; gps is new and still couldn't navigate to it; limited parking.

Is a pity so nice hotel with good materials and design but bad conservation. In general is very dirty. It must improve the cleanliness. The staff in breakfast not very attended to clients.

The hotel was relatively new and modern. It had a large modern bathroom, a/c, and comfortable bedroom. The reason we stayed was that we needd to catch an early morning ferry. The one issue was there were no restaurants need by. You needed to drive to get to them in the center of Livorno. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and the staff was unfriendly.

1. breakfast is very poor, starts at 6.30 and if you come by 8, plates most likely will be almost empty, staff does not bother themselves to be at guests service; hot water (to make tea) is supposed to be hot, but it was warm; 2. staff speak english very bad even at reception; 3. I asked to take my stuff to laundry, but it was not collected and I had to remind on next day, I also was promised to get my stuff back by 5pm same day, but it did not happen, and I got it just on next day. 4. location is very bad unless you have a car.

L'hôtel était propre et design. La salle de bains en marbre était plutôt bien équipée. Le prix était très abordable. Le lit était petit et très inconfortable, mou ainsi que les oreillers... La baignoire en acrylique "craquait" pendant le bain et était inconfortable, il y avait des traces de dégât des eaux au plafond de la salle de bains. La climatisation fonctionnait très mal, l'hôtel et l'accueil étaient sans charme... En gros, un hôtel sans âme qui n'a pas la qualité de la plupart des hôtels de même catégorie (4*), pour un prix très modique tout de même, ce qui aurait dû nous mettre la puce à l'oreille...

Hotel trés bien situé pour prendre le bateau pour la Sardaigne. L'hotel est trés propre et un parking privé permet de pouvoir laisser la voiture avec les bagages. Le restaurant de l'hotel trés correct permet de rester à demeure Le confort y est trés bien et petit déjeuner copieux

mooi hotel met mooie nieuwe kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. ik zocht een hotel dicht bij de Ferry-terminal naar Corsica. Dit hotel ligt op 5 km daarvandaan, terwijl er zeer goede hotels zijn vlakbij ( het NH hotel met zicht op zee ) de locatie is nogal triest, het restaurant was gesloten op zaterdagavond, de ontbijtzaal ging 10 minuten te laat open, wat vervelend is als je de ferry moet nemen !
