They offered to put the breakfast earlier because of the departure of the ferry, and not letting us leave the hotel with empty stomach. More green areas at the surroundings missed. |

It was very nice. The rooms were spacious enough and modern. It is a bit isolated, so you can't just walk into town or to a restaurant, etc. |

Air conditioning, complimentary mini bar, coffee bar in lobby, and the restaurant The room needed refreshing due to use. The computer for public use did not work fast. Most importantly I did not like my entire VISA number on the receipts/need more security, eliminate most of the numbers. There is not enough to do near by for non-shoppers. The outside landscaping needs tended to, it is awful and gives a poor impression of the hotel |

The staff were very professional and friendly which made for a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Although it was close to the railway station it was a taxi ride rather than a short walk due to the geographical location. There is nothing the hotel can do about this but it may be worth making this fact clearer on the website - there may be an assumption that everyone drives to the hotel. This was not the case with us. |

Nice comfy bed, clean and complimetary mini bar The 'complimentary' breakfast should be marked as continental as the lady refused to fill the hot breakfast up until all the dry hour old egg were finished. There was not enough food for the minimal guests staying at the hotel each day. I would rather pay than have rationed complimentary breakfast. |

Stylish rooms (though a bit too hot, even with the AC on!). Excellent restaurant I would prefer a normal bar for the early and late evening rather than the very faceless and impersonal lounge area. Also I would like some beer to be available in the minibar and the lounge area, not just spirits. |

il personale molto gentile e disponibile l'ambiente e la posizione dell'hoterl secondo me dovrebbe essere sistemata la zona che circona la struttura. bisognerebbe intervenire interpellando le autorità comunale. un hotel cosi dovrebbe essere messo piu in evidenzia |

gunstige ligging( buiten het drukke en onoverzichtelijke centrum.Livorno vind ik een ramp bij de tweede overnachting waren er geen dekens op de kamer. op het bed ( zoveel de 1e als de 2e keer , lag een heel dun lakentje. men gaat er kennelijk van uit dat de verwarming wordt gebruikt, wat wij nooit doen.wij houden van een frisse kamer met een raam open en dan heb je een deken of dekbed nodig. hotel zelf heeft weinig sfeer. |
