AC Pisa

Very smart, very clean, good staff, a clever concept: like a Travelodge but with very slick design. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Very few staff, which is the business model. Very convenient for the airport, which is probably why most people stay here.

No space for young kids to play but I wasn't expecting that really.

Hotel is very clean, breakfast was good, rooms are very nice, staff were very attentive. We had a small problem with the shower in our room, without hesitation they moved us to another room straight away.

Don't be overly swayed by the 'Free Coffee Shop' which wasn't oprational at the time we stayed, it's actually only open between 14:00-19:00 each day. Also do not get your hopes up too high on the content of the 'free mini bar' which contained 2 cans of Coke, 2 bottles of water and a bottle of fruit juice each day. Otherwise only other gripe was the hotel is located quite a way out of the city centre and the bus service runs until 8pm which is inconvenient.

Very confortable and fashionnable hotel. It is ap pity it is a little far from the center of the city. Still you can go there on a 20 minutes walk or by bus from the train station.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good value, although not a lot of staff on duty.

Cleaners were so noisy in the morning, they woke us up so early. Also, wooden floors made it noisy too, no sound proofing so could hear next door guests, not good for a 4 Star hotel . No coffee in the AC lounge and WiFi expensive at 17 euros per 24 hours

excellent hotel, we situated for car hire and the local supermarket. Hotel staff were very helpful and told us how to find a rustic local restaurant where all the locals go.

Although we arrived late, the hotel staff was very helpful at giving tips on where we could eat at such a late hour. The hotel was very clean, minibar was included in the price and breakfast great! To get there from the airport, we took bus from airport to the cemtral railway station in Pisa (bus #21) and then switched to the blueline bus (called blue lam), which took us another 5-7 minutes to the hotel. The bus stop is right in front of a big supermarket. There is a nice park not far from the hotel for those who enjoys running.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Parking was free although expected a rate. Free mini bar was also surprising yet useful. Good to have the supermarket and the small shops next door.

Breakfast was too crowded, yet staff did their best to service guests.

Excellent standard of room with complimentary mini bar included. All finished to a high standard. Large selection of choice for the breakfast. A bar and restaurant available. Very happy to stay there again.

Great hotel with great staf.

Really great breakfast - reach, full of different food! Overall though the room and general facilities were excellent. also you can use the Fitness centre for free and mini bar is free of charge.

They did not have an iron for guests.Very expensive wi-fi. The description claimed a ten minute walk from the main station, when in fact it was not at all walkable.Actually we went by walk about 1,5-2 hours with our luggage. But there is easy bus route though from railwaistation Blu line goes for 5-7 minutes to this place and the ticket price is only 1 euro.
