bardzo czysto i miło - pachniało czystością, bardzo miła i kompetentna obsluga, szybkie reakcje - np natychmiastowa wymiana przepalonej żarówki w lampie w apartamencie- generalnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni kuchenka elektryczna - płyty nagrzewały się wolno, mamy wrażenie, że jedna nawet prawie wcale |

The breakfast selection. The room was small but with high standards. The minibar was free of charge. Nice fitness room. The air condition in the room was controlled by the hotel, and although I asked to change it they couldn't help me with that. |

Excellent value room and facilities. Quite difficult to find as the street was bisected by a major road which was not immediately obvious. It took some time to reach. Better directions and a map would be a benefit. |

If you have a car it's an excellent choice while visiting Pisa, if you don’t I would choose something more close to the centre. The free parking is also safe enough and the breakfast is good. |

Outside of the busy area, parking available, business-like interior (clean, new, modern design, air-cooled), friendly and helpful reception & above expectation: speaking english is no problem. Breakfast is ok and included, no extra charge for anything Temperature in the room was a bit too cold. The control is not temperature driven. Considering the price for one night (95E), this was acceptable... |

The hotel was very stylish, modern and clean with all mod cons and a free mini-bar. The room was lovely and the bathroom spectacular! On arrival to our room we found lots of broken glass on the floor outside and inside the door. We called reception to have it cleared away. On returning to our room some 6 hours later the glass was still inside the room and my wife trod on it with flip flops on. We also found glass in the sink. On reporting it again it was cleared away however no apology was made and staff completely dismissed it. |

Very modern hotel, great room, plenty of food for breakfast. The hotel was further out from the centre than I thought, needed to get a bus or taxi into the centre. |
