AC Hotel Torino by Marriott    

Stylish and modern hotel with all facilities. Private parking in the back, very friendly staff, metro around the corner, close to the river Po ( had a great jogging there) very good room rates.

Breakfast could have been a bit more elaborated, but more than enough anyway. A bit noisy in the hallway

1. No air-conditioning. Though they actually have the air-con system but the guests are not allowed to use it (very strange and unusual). The room is very hot (and the reception desk asks us to open the window for cooling -_-) 2. The breakfast buffet is never refilled. They have many choices at 7am but they never refill their dishes so it ends up not much left at 9am (while their official breakfast time is from 7am to 10am). 3. No free internet, no free water, no free parking, ... Not worth the high room rate at all. You can definitely find another hotel with all above free and spend only half of what this hotel costs.

1) minibar was free till two moths ago. they changed their policy and minibar is not free anymore in AC Torino.. 2) wi-fi is free. the chain hotels in Torino Marriot and NH are appliying fee for wi-fi. all other 4 star or 3 hotles provides wi-fi free.

The location especially if you arrive late at night.

The public areas and rooms of the ac Torino are brilliantly designed in a stylish but functional way. They are very spacious and perfect for either a holiday or business trip. For those with a car, the hotel has secure on-site parking. Although on the edge of Turin, access to the city centre from the hotel is easy because of a metro stop that is about 300 meters away. As well, just behind the hotel there is Eataly, a gourmet/foodie's paradise.

W-Fi access is available throughout the hotel but is expensive. In this day and age, it is hard to understand how a quality hotel like ac Torino does not provide free Wi-Fi.

Access to transportation; great breakfast included with the room fee; location near mall & Eataly!

Good location, very large room, large and comfortable bed, nice styling. Huge breakfast buffet (well, huge for Italy anyway).

Cherry tomatoes and some fruits on the breakfast buffet were not fresh. The glass sink in the room is very beautiful to see but very impractical to use (too shallow), and it looks dirty as soon as one splashes some water on it. Bathtube is made of cheap plastic not ceramic. Curtains in the room did not close completely.

An amazingly stylish hotel in the revitalised district with Fiat's old factory-turned shopping/gallery/conference centre 5 min walk away, a couple of mins walk to the metro station so literally 15 mins to city centre max. Superb breakfast, very luxurious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. I can't recommend it enough! Ridiculously cheap at £40 per head B&B at the weekend.

Design, position, spacious room

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel: -we were given a Room for HP people, toilet seat was dirty, floor as well, shower unit leaking, shower floor broken and sharp, one bathrobe only -wifi not free of charge -no luggage porter service (and there's a stair before taking the elevator) -very poor buffet breakfast -thin walls

Ottima posizione per le fiere al Lingotto Molto tranquillo

Al nostro rientro dalla fiera del libro a sera tarda abbiamo trovato la temperatura della camera fredda. Abbiamo provato ad accender il riscaldamento autonomo della stanza ma non è rimasto acceso a lungo. Visto le temperature esterne potevate pensarci voi considerando poi che abbiamo pagato 250Euro a notte!!

Sono tornato all'Ac Hotel e ci tornerò nuovamente. Mi colpisce sempre positivamente per design, pulizia, cortesia e spazi.
