Excellent friendly staff and luxury room standard, high quality bed, shower and everything else. Very clean and great place generally.
It is near to the metro station but far from the center.
The second day had a problem the bathroom and came out waste from the bath.. Next morning we changed room but still not cleaned. The cleaner the only thing that made was to change the bag from the basket. She didn't change the towels and never clean the room and the waters from the bathroom floor.. It is better to give more money and stay closer to the center because you will give this money to the movement.
New and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Value for money. Easy free parking around the area.
Area not very nice and a bit far from city centre (this explains the value for money price though).
Hostess was very helpful and pleasant! Rooms were clean and easy location to get around. Near metro and shopping stores on same street.
Apartment building on very busy street so noise of traffic loud. Not easy to find but right next to a Kiko makeup store.
The manager, Simone, was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bedroom size was good. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was very poor (only half a cup of hot chocolate and 1 croissant that was not good), when I asked for a different option, the maid brough the wrong croissant. The wifi was broken.
Very nice hotel indeed, very clean room, furthermore they provide many choice for your breakfirst.
Close to metro station. Kind staff.
Wifi wasn't working(we mentioned it to the staff).Very noisy and difficult to find it.
The fact that it was close to the metro.
-Wifi wasn't working for 5 days straight -More like cheap BnB then anything else -Breakfast is nothing more than dried toast and bad coffee
The room made me feel secure. It had a good location to the metro.
The shower was not very good had issues with staying powerful and hot for more than 2 minutes. The staff doesn't speak very much English.
Metro station near hotel. Not expensive in comparison with other places.Clean. Shopping street with many shops open till 8.00 pm.Good WiFi connection. Shutle car can be arranged for 30 euros to Campino.
No sign from outside. No reception or person waited us.We can not go inside in a building, mobile telephone number, given, did not answer. After 15 minutes the person came. If arrival would be at night I strongly would not reccomend to stay in this place. Very noisy at night, it was imposible to sleep, as it is straigh to the very busy street. The person suggested croisants and coffee for breakfast and we get only toast from the packet, coffee, jam.Despite baceries and supermarket are beside. It is almost the suburb of Rome, at night I can not stay in the city, as metro runs until 11.30.(Maybe earlier) and you better take taxi in the morning for airport.
The location of Acanto is only a 10-15 minute metro ride to the city center. The staff was incredibly accommodating; we got to the hotel a bit late, and they were waiting for us and even walked us to nearby restaurants that were open late at night. The rooms are very clean, modern and pretty spacious for Rome's standards. Also, the breakfast is quite tasty! Staying at Acanto was wonderful and we were very thankful to find such a nice place in Rome for the price that we paid.
Don't expect too much food for breakfast, but the food that you do get is very good!
Friendly staff, clean and nice room. Near to metro station.
Hardly can sleep from night traffic, and the bed was not comfortable.
close to a metro station, right on a commercial street
very noisy, day and night you can hear all little noise from the street.not a great options for light sleepers like me.
