Casa Nicolò Priuli is a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. Set in a 19th-century noble residence, it offers rooms with antique furniture and original paintings. Many have canal views.
Score from 250 reviews Very good
Domus Cavanis is set 110 yards from the Galleria dell'Accademia and a 5-minute walk from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Rooms are air conditioned and have a TV.

Offering a quiet location on a small square, Hotel San Gallo is in a historic building just 55 yards from Saint Mark's Square.

In the heart of Cannaregio district, Ca' Due Leoni is a small, friendly hotel set in a restored, ancient inn. You can walk to Santa Lucia Train Station in 10 minutes.

Great central location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.
Staff helpful. Location good.
Expensive! Also breakfast not good and could be a little cleaner in breakfast area.
Breakfast is very good and the people are so friendly ..
The room is a little bit small but i like it
Great place in the city center. Good breakfast and perfect location. You can walk to any place in Venice from the hotel. Highly recommended.
Our comfortable, traditional style family room for 4 was ideal for one night. The wi-fi was good and very welcome. Nice buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. Air conditioning was very effective too.
Spacios rooms, beautifully decorated. Styling suits the style of the city. Excellent anti-noise insolation. Excellent location.
Bad wifi, but it didn't really matter.
very quite and relaxing although you spend most of the time outside, the staff are very nice and helpful, roughly 10 mins walk from the station. If I go to Venice I am definately taking the same hotel.
Vice nice garden, rather big bathroom in Venezia such a crowded place; nice owner to make us flexible on early checkout; one receptionist is very sweet and helpful on explaining the transportation, she is so considerate to leave us the key for luggage pickup even afer we did early checkout.
Although the owner and the receptionist are very nice, the other receptionist is very impatient and even rude when we told her we need to do early checkout after we confirmed with the owner.
Location was great with everything nearby. Breakfast was average.
Extremely uncfortable bed. Felt that we were sleeping on wooden planks covered with a couple of blankets. Room was very small with thin walls. Checked in at 3pm and walked down to reception 45 min later to ask for an iron. Found a hand written note that the receptionist was out of Venice for the day, with a contact number!
The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It is located on a small street off of a piazza so is very quiet with lots of room for kids to play in nearby.
We stayed with 3 adults and 1 child and the quadruple room was a little tight but not a big deal.
I like their style, friendliness, welcome with smile, cooperative
It's in a great location so it's easy to get around.
It was so musty and smelly. So much so it was difficult to breathe so didn't spend much time there.
Easy to find, good location, comfortable bathroom , comfortable beds.
Noise. People constantly talking and shouting at the corridor and the yard and because of the fact that the staff is absent most of the day everyone does what he wants. Spiders hanging from around the ceiling is not the most pleasant thing. Very low breakfast quality, limited quantity and slow service. Low WiFi signal in my tablet, no signal in my phone. Tv was a joke, 15". No soaps.
Room and breakfast area was clean and cosy. Location was rather exclusive albeit a little hard to find. Staff was friendly too.
There was only one staff available in the morning and getting her attention was difficult as she was busy most of the time. Furnishing was old and damaged in certain areas. Room was small and a little uncomfortable. Bedding was not of good quality though acceptable. Wall furnishing was fabric and room was carpeted, not recommended for those particular about hygiene and with sensitive nose. A bit too much air freshener is used during housekeeping.
The outdoor area was very pretty. Tables and chairs and a quiet are. Tea and kettle for use in reception for guest use.It was in a good location.
The room was tiny. 3 bottles of shampoo but no soap. The shower could do with a scrub and carpet needed a clean.
We were in the Acca hotel 4 nights three days. It cost over 188 euro per night /per room. This very high by American standards. Here were some of the problems. No tub—even though we requested months in advance (and the literature showed they had them available). I have a muscle disease and needed it. Black Mold—lots of it on the walls (6 inches by three feet under both windows) and in the shower. No Air conditioning—even though the information stated the hotel had it. Uncomfortable bed / cot. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. The springs came through the blankets. (Three of us tried sleeping on it and no one got any sleep when they did.) It was placed right next to the black mold and there was no other place to move it. No one spoke English well. The workers, who we only saw at breakfast, said they did speak English until you started talking then they would responded “NO English.” The owner was on holiday the whole time and no one was there except during morning breakfast. I have never been to a hotel where the customers were on their own. (We were there 4 days.) They had a TV but no instructions and the remote didn’t work. The computer access worked but only if you connect in the hall then you could go back to your room. Serving area was filthy. Table clothes were never changed—in 4 days—they were stained and dirty. The same “cleaning sponge” was used for days even though it was filthy. They had a dishwasher but when they needed more cups the sponge was used to wash (without soap) and then cups were used to serve coffee to customer. The cupboards are covered with dirty cloth material. The outlet near the “clean dishes” was covered with grime. The same food was put out day after day—not the same type of food—the same actual food was on the breakfast table for 4 days. The last morning we requested breakfast early because we had leave early to catch our train. They said they could do that but no one ever showed up.
Very convenient location. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff.
Hotel name not visible from the road. Though it is on main road, might take some minutes to identify.
Great location away from the hustle and bustle but 5 minutes walk to rialtio bridge.
Make sure you rob the bank before you leave the UK!
Good location. Breakfast simple but good.
Really hard to find. A looot of mosquitos!
Great value for money and gave us a comfortable and private stay during our trip. We paid almost the same as what we'd pay for a hostel, but the added perks of privacy and free breakfast were a big plus.
The actual room was not as nice as the pictures advertised - poorly painted and tucked away in the back corners of the hotel behind the breakfast area. There wasn't anyone at the hotel to welcome us when we came or orient us with the place.
This hotel is a great value considering Venice is fairly exspensive. 10 min walk to realto bridge. Location is right off a neighborhood square for a real feel for living in Venice. But not on a canal if your looking for that romantic appeal. The outside areas were very nice for quiet and just to relax. Breakfast was better than a lot of typical Italian breakfast.
A little difficult to find. Need a good map
Good location and good price. I like the building and the yard best
The smell is too heavy in the room, even it's good smell.
the wifi wasn't so good for my phone in my room but it was ok for my laptop which was kinda weird!
I like the services especially the room, wifi
breakfast food is complete by 8:00 aM
