Excellent location for sight seeing. Extremely difficult to access by car. Bologna street maps do not reflect the latest one way system. Hotel vehicle entrance is very narrow. |

Staff was extremely helpful and took the trouble of making us a sight-seeing plan. Rooms to the courtyard were perfect, but those with windows on the street were loud because of people congregating in the street until 3am. |

Very good location in the old part of Bologna, towards the university. The staff were friendly and helpful on all occasions. My (double used single) room was rather large and there was ample space in the wardrobe. A large choice of restaurants within short walking distance. Decent breakfast buffet (at least if you started early). The price level was rather cheap for location and season. The streets outside can be noisy with nightlife. The window closed out the noise, but then it got stuffy quickly, the aircondition being rather loud as well. The bed was below average in comfort. Overall appearance of the room a it 'old & used'. No wlan (which I knew before). |

acceptable for the price, but barely. hotel staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. location is fantastic, but you do need the hotel parking (which is a tight squeeze) towels were more like pillowcases than actual towels; comfort was at the barest minimum |

Friendly people. Good rooms for low prices. Parking space of the hotel is very small and was full of cars. It took me ten minutes to get out. |

Good location, big and nice room, breakfest was fine, price is OK. As mention by many other guests, it was VERY loud in the night time. It did not bother us but could easily bother "unprepared" guests. |

We had a clean and tidy room and nothing had been damaged by previous guests. The staff at reception were always polite and helpful. Our room was situated on side street which was very noisy at night. |

Friendly people, hotel is situated in the middle of the historic centre. The breakfast could be improved, one day almost nothing was available, except for some toast and cheese. |

Location. The Hotel as no Lift. The Air Conditioning doesn't work on Weekend. There was no shower place on bathroom. Difficult to understand the tree stars category. On that conditions is very expensive. |
