The hotel was very central .The bedlinen was good quality. There was stains on the carpet in our bedroom.The breakfast was ok but no fresh bread.The staff were helpful but gave us the wrong info about getting the bus back to the airport.It was in a noisy location(near the uni) |

We had a clean and tidy room and nothing had been damaged by previous guests. The staff at reception were always polite and helpful. Our room was situated on side street which was very noisy at night. |

Friendly people, hotel is situated in the middle of the historic centre. The breakfast could be improved, one day almost nothing was available, except for some toast and cheese. |

Location. The Hotel as no Lift. The Air Conditioning doesn't work on Weekend. There was no shower place on bathroom. Difficult to understand the tree stars category. On that conditions is very expensive. |

The staff were very friendly. The shower was not very inviting as there was mould in the corners and the English channels on the television were not available even though it should have been. |

The Location The Hotel did not meet the requirements of the reservation. The Bed was uncomfortable. The area was way to loud, at 04:00 in the morning people are outside the hotel and being very load. I know this is not the Hotels fault. |
