Marco is a very friendly guy. We had the smaller room with two single beds, the room is not big but clean and the beds were comfortable. He told me that he made the room sound proof, we could hardly hear any noise from other rooms. We had a very nice and pleasant stay.
It was very accessible to the train station.Marco was an extremely helpful guy who told us where to visit and how to get there in great detail. Much appreciated and it did not disappoint. The bed was very comfortable after walking all round the beautiful city. Would highly recommend and also enjoyed our breakfast in the cafe opposite, All staff were helpful and friendly.
Marco was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.
A little ways from the main attractions of Florence but doable by a walk or taxi.
Marco was a very good host, giving us tips about restaurants and places to visit. The room was very large and had great air conditioning, and the bed was comfortable. The location was a short walk from the market and slightly longer walk to the main sights of Florence. All in all we would definitely recommend B&B Accademia House.
Marco the host was fabulous. He provided a map and outlined all the streets and sites to visit. Lovely spacious room with a fridge and deck so we could enjoy a cool drink at the end of a busy day. Situated in the city of Florence which made getting around very easy. Close to the railway station. Stay here you will not be disappointed.
Marco - the owner! many good tips about the city - where to eat - what to visit The room looked exactly like the pictures on the website Big room Big bathroom
No elevator, rooms on first floor only No direct sunlight in the room Terrace is not really useable Breakfast in cafe across the street (but yummy!)
Hotel hoster Marco is very warm. My son likes him and his musical hobby. He provides good service and tour guide for us. House is nice(big and clean) and easy to go to every viewpoints of the city. So worthy to choose. Fanxiao and Da from Tianjin of China.
The Host Marco was amazing!!!
Medieval spirit in the interior, high-quality service, good location, delicious breakfast, and of course.. Marco!!! He's the best part of this place :)
The location of the B & B is central. The Antique room was really nice and looked exactly as seen on the pictures. Marco was a great host and also recommended excellent restaurants to us. We had a memorable stay!
Marco showed me the map of Florence and suggested everything that I could see in the time I had. Good customer serves! It is in an awesome location and clean
The location was great, just a short walk away from the main sights and restaurants. The room we had was beautiful and spacius and we loved the brick ceiling. Still tbe best part of the stay was Marco. He was the perfect host giving us tips where to go amd what to see. He also recommended restaurants which were real gems. Thank you for the great stay!
Marco was very kind and helpful. everything was perfect. the location is near all the historical places.
even the street was not a nosiy one, the people in the street was very noisy in the early morning. but I think this is Italian style and nothing to do about it. :)
Host was very helpful and hilarious.
Air conditioning didn't work properly
warm welcome and explainations for travelling sight seeing points
no lift and simple rooms
Clean, comfortable owner Marco just incredibly helpful and lovely - just an excellant place with great value for money.
Marco is a very nice and helpful host and provides lots of useful information of pleasures and eat-out. The location of the b&b is close to the city center and restaurant area. All in all this is a place worth for staying.
marco was very friendly, helpful and informative :) location was great! rooms were good size and beds were comfortable.
outside exterior is not inviting, interior is okay -- just didn't meet our expectations from the pictures-- our balcony opened to an enclosed dark area and our friends couldn't open their windows due to noisy street
Marco - the host, is extremely friendly! He showed as the best places to eat and to visit on our way further from Florence. Location is great, the room is perfect, great place to stay!
Marco (the owner) is a cool dude, gives good eat-out suggestions and tips regarding where to go (although that hardly matters in Florence - everywhere you turn you'll find something interesting anyway...). The room was spacey with nice antique furniture; breakfast in the Cafe across the street is good, too. Also there's a fridge in the room.
The toilet paper's kinda fuzzy :-) (But so it is in many places in Southern Europe.)
Marco is an awesome and charming person! He was in touch with me by SMS/e-mail before my visit and it gave me extra sense of confidence and comfort. During the visit itself Marco also provided us with his advises and care; he definitely is one of the most welcoming persons I met in Italy this time!
Marco was a great host. He couldn't have been more helpful with everything. Great location with easy access to all major sights.
I like it a lot. The owner was very nice & friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions what to visit & where to eat. The room was very quiet and clean: the furniture somehow old fashion but the shower new
The are some steps to do (not for erderly people and to be put in evidence in the web site, I think); the breakfast is not in the house (but in a very good bar nearby)
On the second morning there was no warm water
marco is perfect hoset, warm hearted, recommend some beautiful place to visit and a couple great restaurants to eat.and he is funny.and the rooms has beautiful arches，very Florence style。
a little bit hard to find.
