Central and convenient location, comfortable room with a window I could leave open. Good bathroom and lovely towels and toiletries. Pleasant, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Nice book about Verona in the bedroom to browse. Breakfast room was very dated and could do with re-decorating |

The hotel is at an excellent location. Rooms are just ok, nothing special. I was satisfied until being treated rudely because of a very irrelevant dispute at the checkout. The personnel was especially loud, not caring, noncommunicative and rude. Front office personnel could be more customer friendly as mentioned by another guest on this site. This left a bad feeling about my trip. It wasnt even worth it. |

Beautiful graceful hotel, very comfortable - excellent position and very good facilities (lounge, bar, internet). We were given a room nearer the back of the hotel which was good as I suspect the front rooms may have more noise from the street. Great access to the historical sites and wonderful restaurants recommended by front desk. |

We liked the comfort of our room-we were upgraded to a suite. The service was excellent and we could rely on hotel recommendations for a private guide as well as restaurants. The location was ideal for shopping and sightseeing |

Provide a clean and satisfactory hotel but was very large. From its description, we had expecteda small boutique hotel but it was a bit rambling. |

The hotel is centrally located and ideal for exploring Verona The front desk staff was a bit inconsistent in terms of friendliness depending upon which shift was at work. |
