The staff are very nice, the decoration of the hotel and the room is modern, the stop of the train and the bus infront of the hotel. very quite and very clean, good breakfast. |

The staff was very helpful. My decor in my room made it feel like I was in a higher class hotel. Once I found out the hotel had a tram stop right outside the front door, traveling to/from the central part of the city was easy. There were a number of things I didn't like about the hotel: the movie service was bad (slow audio, constant video blocks, as if the satelite service couldn't keep up), the internet browser on the TV was old/poor and didn't work with my email service, there was a problem with the lights the 1st night I stayed in that the lights kept turning on and off all by themselves for 5 hours. |

The room was well decorated, clean and comfortable, and with the added bonus of an entertainment system. Whilst most staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel has very good public transport links nearby, and Milan's centre was easily accessible. (P.s To Guy & co, if you read this thank you so much for helping us get around! We really appreciated it, we tried to find you's to buy you's a drink. On occasion staff weren't always particularly friendly, we found that if there were language difficulties they tended to ignore us rather than attempting to understand what we were saying. We would perhaps recommend that you try to find alternative breakfast arrangements, especially if you tend to eat lightly in the morning, otherwise you can face paying ten euros a head for cereal and juice! |

l'hotel si trova vicino allo stadio, ma con i tram si raggiunge velocemente anche il centro della città (duomo).. Pulizia della camera, e sevizi ottimi.. |
