the internet was not free and not available in the rooms as advertised. I had to take my laptop down to the lobby each time I wanted to use the internet. The internet service was independent of the hotel and it was expensive. The shower did not work consistently and the TV and air con was less than satisfactory. The water from the toilet overflowed when flushed. |

The staff are very nice, the decoration of the hotel and the room is modern, the stop of the train and the bus infront of the hotel. very quite and very clean, good breakfast. |

Pessoal simpático, disponível, decoração agradável, garagem própria, quartos bastantes razoáveis. Na estadia de dia 10 o quarto era bastante melhor do que na da de 15 a 18. garagem cara, e o facto de um dos quartos ter um problema numa janela que não foi resolvido. Isto associado ao facto de não haver aquecimento por motivos alheios ao hotel ( em Milão só podem liga-los com autorização do municipio) fez que a estadia fosse "fria". |

La atencion de todo el personal, incluyendo las personas del aseo. Siempre atentos a ver en que podian servirnos. Y con una sonrisa en la cara. Es la segunda vez que estoy en ese hotel y siempre han tenido muy buena actitud el tamaño de la cama, yo contrate cama grande pero era como matrimonial. Encontramos la manera de acomodarnos y poder descansar. |

buona accoglienza, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottima posizione per sansiro, disponibilità personale, ci hanno gentilmente fornito di piantina e istruzioni per raggiungere lo stadio |

l'hotel si trova vicino allo stadio, ma con i tram si raggiunge velocemente anche il centro della città (duomo).. Pulizia della camera, e sevizi ottimi.. |

la struttura dell'hotel è molto bella e le stanze sono davvero carine, il posto è ottimo perchè vicino allo stadio Meazza. ho gradito tutto:hotel molto professionale. |
