While the closeness to the airport is convenient, the cost of the taxis in both directions was high considering the distance (€20 & €16), and 2 buses a day to the airport can hardly be considered a shuttle. We were on the road facing side of the hotel and found it noisy - traffic noise. |

Although on the outskirts of town (near for the airport) it had a curtesy bus into the town centre. Nice hotel, decor and staff very helpful. |

Breakfast was good.Staff friendly. They advertise shuttle bus to airport but this only operates a few times a day.If you have an early morning flight you need to take a taxi because first shuttle is not until 9am.Bus service from town to hotel does not operate after 21.45. Although I received a confirmation by email from Booking.Com when I arrived at the hotel reception they said they never received it. He had to look for it on the internet. Luckily they had a room. In my booking I asked for information about the shuttle bus times, I never received a reply on that.I wanted easy access to airport and to town but this hotel does not cater for this without going to the expense of taxis. A shame because staff are friendly. The room could have been better but it was low rate. |

we arrived too early on the day of check in but the receptionist offered us some towels so we could have a swim in the pool while waiting for our room. The room was clean and comfortable with efficient airco and plenty of towels, as well as a little fridge. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, dinner was nice too although limited in choice, and 2 items on the menu were not available. The biggest benefit of the hotel is its proximity to Pisa airport, without having the downsides of overflying planes. Great location if you need to take an early flight out of Pisa/ Would have been great if the room had coffee making facilities. |

The breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. The decor is old and needs a revamp. There is a lack of full information regarding the airport shuttle bus. In my opinion the star rating for our room was 2 and definitley not 4 star. |

Kind personell but very disapointing hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel, rather 2 star hotel. Examples: things in the room fall apart, pool is small, airport transfer not flexible (specific time table which did not fit our need), no gym etc. Breakfast was ok, but not impressive. Complicated to get into the city from the location of the hotel. |

My Car was still in the car park when I checked out! We arrived after a long drive from rome at 7 pm and the Pool was closed as it closes at 7 pm, the reason i booked this hotel was for this reason only, 7 pm in summer in Italy is really like Midday, the staff were rude and unfriendly, i asked to pay for my room at 11 pm as i had an early departure the next day but was told i had to pay in the morning, I had trouble with the free wifi and had to come down to reception at 12 am to rectify the problem, over all i would not recommend this hotel for my mother in-law or her pet dog. |

The staff was very helpful and assisted us when one of us got sick. Our 8 year old daughter liked the pool. Internet, parking and a couple of sodas/day was free. Refrigerator in the room. Breakfast included. Extra bed free of charge. You need to have a car; if you do not have a car this hotel is not for you. The pool is too deep (1,3m) for children that cannot swim (not a problem for us). |

We arived late at night, but received a warm and efficient welcome. Our rooms were just as we had requested and were very comfortable. Our breakfast the following morning was both excellent in choice and quality. The free shuttle bus to the airport is also a welcome addition to the services offered by the hotel. |

the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the swimming pool was nice after a long day sightseeing. the resturant staff were varied from nice to rude. the curtesy transfer from airport to hotel and to town centre did not operate, this was dissapointing as I only booked hotel that was not in the centre on that basis. |

breakfast was reasonable. If stopping for more than a couple of days i wouldn't bother, staff are not very helpful Generally the staff were not that helpful, when trying to find out information they couldn't really be bothered and only offered the absolute minimum amount of information which ended up costing us time and money. there was no free shuttle bus, which cost 15 euro from the airport . we asked if it was possible to get the train or bus to the airport, they said no only a taxi, when actually you could get both and we got the bus for 1 euro |

I booked it for it's convenience to the airport (only a few minutes drive) and because it had a pool - which was really nice. The rooms have air con, which was essential during our stay. The room we had was looking rather tired and didn't feel very clean. Although the pool was lovely, there were only a few sunbeds in poor condition, otherwise there were lots of chairs and tables. The hotel is well out of town and when we tried to get a taxi into town the hotel staff couldn't get one (and it would've been about 15 euros), so we tried to get a bus, but that didn't show up, so we had to drive in. The staff were really friendly but didn't actually seem to be prepared for people wanting to get in to town?! This was the most we paid to stay anywhere in Italy and was the worst hotel we stayed in. |

it where nice and clean and good that it had a pool the suttle to the airport.. they state they had free suttle buss.. and when only located a 5 min drive you should be able to book departure time. as sundays it where either 11.30 or 18.00 nothing inbetween... as it is a 5 min drive it could have been on booking not set times. |
