hotel room was very good, air conditioning excellent, swimming pool was also very good, shuttle service, free internet breakfast was good but doesn't have enough choices, too far from city centre, no bus/metro connections from hotel except fixed timing shuttle services, no shuttle service after 7:30pm, |

The overall cost was a great savings It cost about 15 Euro each way for a Taxi to the train station but the hotel did offer free shuttle service but only at specified times and they book up fast. |

The courtesy bus to the train station in Pisa. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though we had requested a no smoking room. We didn't bring it to the attention of staff as we were staying for one night only. Also the restaurant is a little too expensive. |

I hated this hotel. It is near a beautiful city but placed on an industrial estate. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have stayed in and it was trying to be corporate without the comfort or convenience. It was near the airport. That was its only virtue. |

It was very close to Pisa airport. Fine for one night stay. We booked a non smoking room but there was a very strong smell of stale smoke. Also, because we arrived late to the hotel and didn't want to have to get into a car again we decided to eat in the hotel. They charged us €11 for one tomato soup with pieces of bread in it. |

Staff is very polite and friendly; a particular mention to the night Receptionist; easy to reach, good food in the restaurant. bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly,the bed is quite uncorfotable, air conditioning goes off every 2 minutes, therefore the room was very hot. |

Kindness of a gentle Lady at the front desk A stale smell in the room altough it was a non-smoker room. Poor light and sound proofing. Hotel facing a hugly commercial area. Around the entrance of the hotel there was an horrible waste pipes' stink. I hope they will solve the problem. |

The room was clean and new that stated on your website... it says there is a shuttle to the airport, but my flight was .30... it did not start till 9.00 am.. so i think they should state that,, as i booked because it was near the airport,,, then got charged 20 Euro for a 2 minute ride to the airport from a taxi |

Friendly and efficient staff. Very well connected with motor-ways and main communication roads. Free internet wireless. Good typical Italian breakfast and restaurant. Free outdoor parking I had problems to connect with wireless internet despite the hotel staff helped me several time but without success. Rooms are a little small to be a 4 stars hotel. |

It was near to the airport and easy to commute from via bus then train during sociable hours. It was very clean. There was nothing to do outside the hotel and even within walking distance the local village was too quiet. You therefore had to rely on taxi's which were grossly overcharging eg to the hotel 13 euros for a five minute journey and back to the airport 20 euros as the hospitality bus was not running until 8,00 am. Food was expensive and basic. |

Great breakfast buffet. Clean bright room. Attractive bathroom. Whole hotel attractive and utilitarian. No air-conditioning. Old, soiled folder in desk lacked any info on the heating (and perhaps undetected) cooling system in the room. Mysterious knob on the wall to operate what? No information provided in the room on hotel facilities. |
