Ett mycket fräscht hotell med utmärkt fungerande städning.Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.Enkelt att hitta till hotellet med egen bil från flygplatsen. Hotellets läge är inte optimal ligger på ett industriområde.Dyrt att äta på hotellet.Inga alternativa matställen eller affärer inom gångavstånd. |

Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal, bra frukost Hotellet famms inte med på GPS:en så det var lite knepigt att hitta dit. |

Inget var omöjligt, personalen var jättetrevlig Inte på hotellet, mebdet lågt inte bra tilll. Långt till busshållplats och ej med gångstånd till Pisa. |

Minibar drinks were free and were refilled every day.By car it´s just a few minutes from the city centre. About the breakfast there was a large assortment. Quiet rooms and free internet in every room. There was no wireless internet connection in the rooms, but every room had a UTP-cable & connection to plug your laptop in it. |

Peaceful hotel, nice atmosphere good, restaurant. A little bit far away from the center; hiring a car is recommended to save time. More space and cleaning of the room is necessary according to 4 stars rate. |

It was very efficient and we found the staff particularly helpful when we ran into problems refilling our rental car with petrol. In fact the hotel refunded the money we had lost and said they would claim it back from the garage. Many thanks indeed. It is very well signposted from the centre of Pisa which was brilliant for finding it in the rushhour! It was a little noisy but this is to be expected for the convenience of being close to the airport. The meal was adequate also. |

Excellent breakfast, clean and modern, good value for money, friendly staff. Location is out of town. But possible to approach by city bus no 5 for those who do not have a car at their disposal. |

the pool, the restaurant and very helpful head waiter your website says it is the nearest hotel to the airport so we decided to stay there the night before our 0630 flight home instead of the hotel next to the railway station we had stayed in when we arrived. we ended up having to pay €20 for a taxi to the hotel from the station, and €15 to the airport the following morning since the shuttle bus doesn't run till 0800. had we stayed in the hotel by the station it would have cost us about €10 in a taxi !!!! and we would have had things to do in pisa at night - there is nothing near the accademia palace |

Good breakfast -clean modern rooms -3 adults stayed in1 room 3 single beds same price as a double -a very nice deal-but make sure they dont charge you for an extra adult -they were going too- but honored the deal- b/c it says no xtracharge for child or adult in the same room check it ! No late night shuttle that wasadrag...ataxi cab costs 20 euros !{thats 30 bucks !}and its less than 5 minutes away !Ripoff taxi drivers !but the free shuttle into town was a plus -also nice pool in season and iFREE internet acsess in lobby !Morning shuttle fine-reserve early !Limitedspace |

Close to the airport. There is a bus stop near to the hotel that takes you in to Pisa. We were reluctant to eat in the hotel after reading some of the reviews, however as we had no other choice but to eat there, we did and found the food and the service in the restaurant to be excellent but the downside is the limited menu choice. The location is very poor there are no restaurants, cafes or shops any where near the hotel. The hotel is on an Industrial Estate not very nice for people on holiday more suited for business use. If you do not have any transport you have to have your meal in the hotel. |

Convenient for airport but did not have good public transport access to city centre. Shuttle bus was token gesture - runs twice in morning and twice in afternoon. Outdoor swimming pool was relaxing. Some reception staff had an indifferent attitude and perticularly to questions about transportation to other parts of the city. Staff in restaurant and bar were generally friendly and helpful. |

the continental breakfast (nice variety) I received an email confirmation of my reservation. The confimation stated there was an airport shuttle to and from the hotel. This information is incorrect. Each guest needs to call and make arrangements with the hotel to request the hotel's shuttle bus to provide transportation to and from the airport. I took the only shuttle bus at the airport, and it took me to the Rental Car building and back to the airport. Then I had to get in a line and wait for a taxi at the airport. I was holding my son and pulling 2 suit cases around the airport, on and off the rental car shuttle bus, and in line waiting for a taxi trying to find a way to the hotel because there was not a shuttle bus. |

Convenient location for airport with parking. Efficient check-in and check-out. Fairly decent buffet breakfast. Good hotel for a functional stay without any unnecessary luxuries. |

Stay in the hotel was basic but OK. Good for a short stay bit not for a longer stay then 3 days. Half of the menu in the restaurant was not available, and there where no italian dishes on the menu. Hotel is more for business use then tourists. Very small bar to relax at. |
