The location was excellent. Central station was just minutes away. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast is served in your room, it is a typical basic Italian breakfast, cold croissant and cold coffee. The shower did not work well and if too much electricity is used at once the power goes off to the whole premsies. They state that they have a safe. Unfortunately this is not true. My room was entered and money, ipods and jacket stolen. They also advertise in reception that they have CCTV cameras, again this is not true. The police came and asked to see camera but there is no camera. If there had been a safe and CCTV camera none of this would have happened. We booked 4 nights but left after 2 nights. Delia would only refund 1 night as we left at 3pm, not check out time of 10am!!

Not far from the city center. Good restaurant just near the front gate. Owners of the hotel are very kind and responsive people. They helped us a lot (printer, airport transfer, medication). We even found a present for the New Year night in our room. Next time visiting Rome we will definitely book this hotel again!

Everything was really great, owners were very nice and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable, we slept like babies:-) Breakfasts were good and enough to start the day. We are sure we will get back to Accommodation Delia.

We had a great stay. The loacation is great. Walking distance to the Termini train station and metro in the city centre. You can walk to the colloseum in 15 minutes. The Vatican you can reach in 20 minutes by Metro. The service is great. Breakfast is served in the room within 5 minutes after your order. The room is very clean. All in all it's a good place to stay for not too much money.

Good location- close to Termini station. There is a decent restaurant just downstairs. Claudia, was friendly, helpful and considerate.

It's not a hotel, as it is advertised, but a b&B. They do not offer ammenities, breakfast is very limited and served in the room. The location is not the best, if you consider the sights of Rome. Walks are a little too long to any place.The greatest advantage is the proximity to Termini - really 5 min walking. Our room had a very noisy refrigerator, we had to turn it off at night. The pillow was extremely hard, but we asked for a softer one and they had it but, they did not have a blanket to use at night, so we could not turn on the air conditioner or it would get too cold. In a nut shell, the price was too high for the service.

.The hotel is very nice, very clean, close to city center (15-20 minutes' walk to the coliseum). The room is big, there was hot water all the time, the air conditioner is a life saver in this time of year. Because the hotel is on the 4th floor in the internal side of the house, it was very quiet. Very recommended B&B. The breakfast was OK according to Italian standards.

The staff from the hotel are very nice and helpfull. The hotel is located in a gret area, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Also, the room was very clean, and Claudia (the lady from the hotel) prepared our breakfast the way we wanted every morning. It was great.
