Location is great, just between Termini and Republica metro stations. We could walk everywhere. Staff was friendly. Airco in the room worked perfectly! It was good because it was a warm weekend. The breakfast is delivered every morning in the room (at the time you choose and w yr items of choice), nothing special about the food, but I found it charming. Just be prepared that this is more like a bed and breakfast than a regular hotel. I had a good experience there!
The bed was not the most comfortable, but this is general in most hotels I have stayed.
The place is a few minutes walk from the Termini, good access to places of interest in the city, good breakfast, the staff - Claudia and Delia were both friendly and helpful.
kind staffs good location clean room It was very nice.
Quirky, good value, friendly, clean, excellent position and a bit different from the normal hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you, even cooking breakfast on the day of departure earlier than times stated.
Getting late to have hot water for shower
Breakfast was delivered to the room daily, with lots of options. Staff are exceptional, and very helpful.
heating in room wasn't very efficient
Very homely. Clean, polite and helpful staff.
No heating. It was freezing cold for me not for you. As tourist city, you should accommodate people who come from everywhere
The location is good, about 600 m from the main train station and subway. The ower family was very kind.
Breakfast only offered in the room. Not buffet.
loved the owner and her father- made us feel sooooo welcome. Really nice room- and very clean. As an openly-gay couple, we were made to feel totally welcome. Great location; good breakfast and GREAT value for the money in expensive Rome. Recommend it to anyone!
The hotel was easy to walk to from the train station. We never felt unsafe in the area. They have a very nice baby cot (a pack & play with extra mattress). Breakfast was good and served in the room. Able to walk to all the major sites except the Vatican. They were very tolerant of our two one-year-old boys running in the hallway. There is a lift, though it is very small--an umbrella stroller will fit but a jogging stroller won't unless you fold it up. The rooms were very large and clean.
These are not really "don't likes," just more to make future visitors aware. When we arrived, the outer door was closed and locked, so we had to call for them to open it. Once through the first door, walk straight ahead to another (possibly locked) door. The lift is inside, and the hotel is on the 4th floor. It is a little bit difficult to bathe a toddler in the small shower stalls, but not impossible.
