good value for money and the location is very good for our purpose. Staff was very helpful
rooms are claustrophobic, no tv in any room, you can't get around with your luggage as the rooms are too small. Rooms are very basic consisting of only beds and a tall slim cupboard that will have to serve as a "wardrobe". I don't recommend it for more than one or two nights
The only Good thing. In hotel acropoli is d location.
Everything in hotel acropoli is bad. D rooms are dirty, u can't even seat in d bed talk more of to spend a night. If u want to die u can go stay in hotel acropoli.I paid 4 2night & could nt stay a half day cos d hotel is dead, left almst imediately I entered d room, no TV, no wifi except @ d reception.this hotel shld b permanently closed
Perfect location, very close to Termini Station. There are good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good housekeeping.
Heating system does not work properly.
staff and location
No TV in the room. Worst bathroom I've been in ever. No WIFI in the room. Handy but pretty dodgy neighbourhood.
Staff is friendly and location is fine (half way between Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore). Breakfast coffee is good.
Staff is ineffective: the lock of the outside window of our room was missing, we reported it immediately, but they did not manage to fix it in one week! (We had to improvise a lock rope from plastic bags in order to prevent windows to clash between them when windy - that is almost every night). Wifi is almost not available. No TV sets in rooms! No insonorization: you can hear all the time exactly what your room neighbours are doing and saying! Breakfast is not worth more than 1 euro. Even the city tax (3 euros/night/person) is huge for nothing: the neighbourhood is rather dirty.
The mattress was too soft, old blankets and sheets, blanket with a cigar hole on it,; the breafkfast consisted only of a small bread, jams and a cup of chocolate/coffee.
Accessible location to everything
the location...very near to tourist spot...
the breakfast...we are expecting more heavy than what is served...but still it tastes good.
THE ROOMS VERY SMALL
dirty, a party next door, crowed
The location is excellent, just a few steps from the train station and nice restaurants.
No WiFi in the rooms. Bed spreads and floor rugs were dirty. They need a bigger sign at the front.
the shutle only before noon((((( problem depart to airport.((((after noon only taxi or rent car.
central to temmi
The location was central and made commuting on foot, bus, train or tram easy. Staff were helpful and polite and the room itself whilst basic was exactly what was needed for. Budget holiday where the focus is about the sights
For me the only downside was the lack of sleep due to the volume of noise even at past 1 am, however that says more about me, so recommend ear plugs for light sleepers, otherwise would recommend.
The hotel was short walking distance from central train station. Close to all transport and walking distance to everything. Hotel was basic and clean. Breakfast very basic but enough to get started in the morning Rooms basic
The walls and carpet of the room were dirty. There were some bugs around. Really uncomfortable.
Very poor accomodation, dirty cramped room with bathroom in bad state. Surprised to find a place of this poor qualit on a site like this.
Room dirty and smelt of urine. Breakfast was very bad.
Great Capuccino in the morning, good sound isolation, great location
A bit outdated furniture, but it is absolutely fair as the hotel is only 2-star
Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to many sights and Termini.
Thought I was booking a double bed plus a single. Got four singles in a teeny cramped room. Shower so small I couldn't fit in it. Hotel ran out of towels for two days. Boring breakfast the same every day (buns and jam). Had to wait an hour for breakfast because dining room overcrowded. Construction going on - very noisy. Very noisy guests next door kept us up late. Area of Rome was a toilet - very dirty and frankly frightening. But convenient to Termini.
Had a safe for keeping valuables in Great location Spacious room Lift to help getting luggage to the room
No wi-fi in the rooms - only in reception
İt is so close to down town and termini train station
There is not any wifi in the room.
i like the location and helpfull staff.
room are without aircondition.
it in a good location and restaurants around direct line to airport and not expensive area the hotel for a 2 star is very good and clean and nice staff
the breakfast was very poor at least they should give you a piece of cheese and ham not just bread with jam or nutella and should have a tv in the room
