central to temmi
The location was central and made commuting on foot, bus, train or tram easy. Staff were helpful and polite and the room itself whilst basic was exactly what was needed for. Budget holiday where the focus is about the sights
For me the only downside was the lack of sleep due to the volume of noise even at past 1 am, however that says more about me, so recommend ear plugs for light sleepers, otherwise would recommend.
The hotel was short walking distance from central train station. Close to all transport and walking distance to everything. Hotel was basic and clean. Breakfast very basic but enough to get started in the morning Rooms basic
The walls and carpet of the room were dirty. There were some bugs around. Really uncomfortable.
Very poor accomodation, dirty cramped room with bathroom in bad state. Surprised to find a place of this poor qualit on a site like this.
Room dirty and smelt of urine. Breakfast was very bad.
Great Capuccino in the morning, good sound isolation, great location
A bit outdated furniture, but it is absolutely fair as the hotel is only 2-star
Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to many sights and Termini.
Thought I was booking a double bed plus a single. Got four singles in a teeny cramped room. Shower so small I couldn't fit in it. Hotel ran out of towels for two days. Boring breakfast the same every day (buns and jam). Had to wait an hour for breakfast because dining room overcrowded. Construction going on - very noisy. Very noisy guests next door kept us up late. Area of Rome was a toilet - very dirty and frankly frightening. But convenient to Termini.
Had a safe for keeping valuables in Great location Spacious room Lift to help getting luggage to the room
No wi-fi in the rooms - only in reception
İt is so close to down town and termini train station
There is not any wifi in the room.
i like the location and helpfull staff.
room are without aircondition.
it in a good location and restaurants around direct line to airport and not expensive area the hotel for a 2 star is very good and clean and nice staff
the breakfast was very poor at least they should give you a piece of cheese and ham not just bread with jam or nutella and should have a tv in the room
facility badly maintained!!!
Super service in the reception desk.kind, nice and helpful.right persons in the right places.
Very very small rooms and noise
Nice stuff, clean rooms, perfect location
rooms without climatisation
Therecare bed bugs that prompted us to sleep in the lobby. We requested fora refund of our payment. Can't access internet even in the lobby. We were served with bread only that is hard as a rock.
Location near to termini station.
No air conditioning. Uncomfortable bed. Thin towels. Only one fan for a quadruple room. Horrible experience.
Location. Cheap 24 hour coffee machine.
Very small room and bathroom. No furniture. No fan or a/c in summer, so gets very hot. Very poor wifi connection. No lock in bathroom.
Helpful staff. Dark hair nice girl was just an perfect example of tourist information and customer service! Good hotel location, walking distance to the centre. Fresh linen and towels.
We had street window so was a little bit noisy, but is how Rome sounds.
Room too small breakfast for children.
i like that it was not infected with insects.
the staff was horrible. so rude . my partner came late at night. i was told 5 times. u must pay city tax u must pay city tax. which is fine. then we wake up in morning and the woman at desk freaks on out me. that we did not give second identity card. she then would not listen to me at all. and got so out of hand she said. i call the police. it was a freak show. i travel the world and stay in hotels alot . this was the worst experience of my life.
The location is very good, just at the city centre with Termini, the main train/metro/bus stations just two blocks away.
The room and hotel facilities were poor, and the breakfast was too simple. One of the receptionists has quite the attitude and temper for simple things.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient to transportation and next to several good restaurants.
A bathmat and wash cloth would have been greatly appreciated.
