dirty, really dirty, old building without maintenance, staff, noise. I don't know how it's possible it is still a 4 stars. Quality/price really bad!
My daughter and me booked a room there. When we arrived "they had some problems" with the booking. In the entrance hall there was a couch with plankets on it. It was someones sleeping place.. It is far, far away from the centre but quite good to be reached because directly! next to a metro station.. The most confusing thing to me was that the responsible person for the reservations couldn´t speak english at all and her substitute leisurely finished his cigarette before giving us any information.. well.. never would book there again. So we had been lucky at the end because we have been sent to another hotel, which was a really enjoyable to us. ..
There was no electricity few hours.
Easy to find and there is free parking close to hotel. It's also close to a metro station. The hotel is good for the price I paid but not sure why it is rated 4 star where there are no facilities apart from the breakfast room, and the hotel room doesn't have a fridge.
I waited a while at the reception before someone came and check me in. When I got down and asked about Wifi afterwards, there was a queue of people waiting to get their room keys, and we all waited a long time. The room is also not very clean.
The breakfast area consists of 4-5 tables for max of 20 people and there is usually only one staff member there and he or she doesnt speak english at all. The mai reason why i didnt like my stay there is because I was charge twice for my room. I was charged when I made my reservation and when I left the hotel which in my opinion is due to the lack of competent staff.
Hotel is very near of metro station Clean and good breakfast
The staff. I have stayed here twice and I can not fault the staff for helpfulness and friendliness. Wifi was good, fast and easily connected to....and free.
The hotel is tired and old. The breakfast was really not worth getting out of bed for. The room was depressing, I slept in a tiny single bed in a 'double' room.
- it's near the subway even if far from the city-center
- the room smelled of smoke, was full of insects (ladybugs to be precise), roll-up shutter didn't work, - the double-bed were 2 single approached, the sheets were too little - cleanliness here is unknown... - unkind staff who knocks at the door in the morning while at the reception they barely speak italian - 4 stars? are you serious? it doesn't deserve even 1 star!
If I could give no stars, i'd pick that. The only + is price and location. All the rest, just forget it!
Hall is dirty, elevator dirty, room dirty, sheet seemingly clean, but I slept clothed (just a precaution)
It was cold with no heating and close to railway. Spent 100 Euro from airport Milan Malpensa to Adam hotel.
