We enjoyed the serenity, appreciated the cleanliness, Breakfast and first class service by all personnel. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Florence. I tried to find a weak point, as it is usually very hard to give full marks. But to my satisfaction I didn't find any. |

Hotel was very comfortable and friendly. Only a short walk from the station made it particularly attractive. Easy walking distance to most of the important sights, and although the street was narrow and a bit scruffy we, as 2 middle aged fmale travellers, felt quite safe in the surroundings. Nice breakfast and very helpful concierge. |

Super close to Train station and easy to get to city center. Overall was a very nice clean hotel. Room was big..Bathroom big compared to most Italian hotels. Breakfast was good and very fresh!! wifi only in lobby... room had to use cable |

The location in Florence, close to the rail network. Had an external room, was cold ! No heating due to season albeit cold. |

Remarkably quiet, despite its location close to the main Florence railway station, which is an advantage. Courteous staff. Limited choice at breakfast. |

The location was perfect for getting on and off the train. It was easy to walk around the city and see the sights. The room was very comfortable. WiFi was easy to set up and use in our room for free. The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful with reservations for musuems. |

staff were very helpful , breakfast and restaurant area nice the cocktail bar and outside area looked tired and in need of updating - bar could have done with more soft seating rather than upright table & chairs |

the hotel is quite good for price-quality. location is ok, 10 min walking till Palazzo Duomo and only 2 min from train station. staff, room, breakfast are on good level |
