The hotel is so close to rail station and bus station. Can easily take a bus to The Mall for shopping. The hotel is clean and definitely worth to be a 4 star one.

The location was central yet quiet in the evening.

Was great to have free Wifi, but it was rather slow.

The stay was a pleasant one. Excellent staff and very accomodating to our needs. It is very close to the station and quiet, very centralized and in the middle of the majority of restaurants.

I really can't say that there are any negatives. But if I had to choose one, there is a rule of no ironing in the rooms. So if you had a piece of clothing to be ironed, it would be difficult to do.

Arrived early but no problem with leaving luggage until checking in later and also told that we had been upgraded at no extra cost. Very clean, comfortable room that gave us a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the usual Italian buffet with plenty of choice and good quality. A bonus was the clean sheets and towels on every day of our stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and at the end of our stay there was no problem with checking out, leaving our luggage and returning later to wash and change before our journey home.

Closed to train station just 5 min walk. Rich Buffet Breakfast provided. The staff are very helpful.

Comfortable, quiet and clean within easy reach of the station and the sights. Helpful friendly staff and a great breakfast selection which included gluten free options.

The decor is dark and dated but spotlessly clean.

We were a group of 10 people on an art tour and everyone thought the hotel was excellent. The location, just around the corner from the railway and bus stations and ten minutes walk from the centre, is ideal. From the first moment the staff proved to be pleasant, and efficient. They all had fluent English. Bernardo , in the cocktail bar, was a great hit. There is a sense of comfort in the hotel, this is evident in both bedrooms and public areas, lots of timber and leather. The breakfast is good and is served in a pleasant room. There is a lovely terrace for when the weather gets warmer. We didn't have time to try the wellness centre.

There is no restaurant in the hotel for evening, but then there is a plentiful supply of them within easy walking distance.

Excellent location for seeing city. 3 minutes walk from main railway station and shuttle bus to Pisa (Teravision 10 euros return).Large airy room, well decorated. Quiet, despite being on ground floor on corridor to Breakfast room.

Nothing really to dislike if you like a quiet well appointed hotel. Shame the hotel bar was not being used as Bernardo is an excellent 'mine host'.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Room service slow when we asked for some hot water to make baby bottle in the morning. Cot hadnt been put in our room on arrival even though I had pre-booked it.

An excellent hotel close to the main train station yet in a quiet street. It is also easily within walking distance of the city centre and all the attractions. There are plenty of good Tuscan restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel without having to go into the tourist traps.

Very comfortable Hotel, friendly staff, all needs were met. Good breakfast and very clean.

The lifts were a bit slow but thats about it.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The internet is working well. The room was a bit small but nice and I personally found the bed and the pillows really comfortable for a good sleep. The breakfast is good for my meal choice. The staff was polite and cooperative.

The hotel looked a bit old initially, but later I got used to the look and based on all mentioned to "like" section, I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location(close to the station but wasn't noisy at all).The staff was extremely friendly and helpful,especially the young gentleman who does the night shift:it was late than10:30pm and he still made phone calls to two travel agncies to make reservation for us,really grateful for that.I'll definity chose this hotel when in Firenze again.

Our room was very roomy for two people as Italian hotels go, very quiet and breakfast was excellent. Location is close to the bus and train stations, useful for travelling connections but further from the central attractions of Florence.

The pillows were extremely hard even for Italian style beds.

Great location and decoration. And also the reception is very helpful. Will choose this hotel again next time.
