good location, great tratoria just opposite the hotel.breakfast was very ok. rooms are decorated in a very old-fashioned way (should be redecorated and renovated) -not relaxing at all. not very clean either.too expensive (low value for money) |

the slippers in the room, which was something new, since last time I stayed there in the hotel. And the hotel stuffs have been nice, helpfull whatever we needed. the furniture (the wardrobe) was difficult to open thru demage. broken part in the bathtube. |

The male front desk clerks were very helpful with ideas and arrangements. Breakfast was good and the service was friendly and good. Maid service was good. I loved that there was coffee in the room. The bartender was great and very nice but the bar area was not too exciting, no people, no entertainment, no music. That's probably why there was no people. The drinks and food were good and service good. Live music would bring in some people. |

We enjoyed the serenity, appreciated the cleanliness, Breakfast and first class service by all personnel. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Florence. I tried to find a weak point, as it is usually very hard to give full marks. But to my satisfaction I didn't find any. |

Hotel was very comfortable and friendly. Only a short walk from the station made it particularly attractive. Easy walking distance to most of the important sights, and although the street was narrow and a bit scruffy we, as 2 middle aged fmale travellers, felt quite safe in the surroundings. Nice breakfast and very helpful concierge. |

The location was perfect for getting on and off the train. It was easy to walk around the city and see the sights. The room was very comfortable. WiFi was easy to set up and use in our room for free. The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful with reservations for musuems. |
