月曜日の午前中だったにもかかわらず、早めのチェックインに対応していただき、感謝します。また、部屋も予- 想以上に立派でしたし、朝食も驚く程充実していました。チェックアウト後にお願いしたスーツケースの管理も- しっかりしており、機会があれば再度訪れてみたいです。 特にありません。 |

スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで暖かい感じでした。ここでのレビューのとおり朝ごはんも少し種類があってよ- かったです。部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でリラックスできました。シャワールームもきれい！駅からも近くスーパ- ーも近くにあって便利でした。また泊まりたいです。 ないです。蚊がいたけれど電気の蚊取り線香（線香じゃないですが）がありました。ありがとうございました。- |

何をお願いしても、とても気持ちのよい対応をしていただき、満足しています。駅のすぐ近くで使いやすく、ホ- テルの正面にはすてきな紙の工房もありました。ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです。 欲を言えば、お部屋がもう少し広いと・・・でも、しかたがないですね。 |

立地もよいしインテリアも素敵だと思いました。雰囲気はあるのに機能性も兼ね備えていて大変気に入りました- 。朝食にちょっとだけだけどホットミールがあってそれも好印象でした。 |

感じのいいスタッフ、はで過ぎないＦＩＲＥＮＺＥらしい内装、立地、バスタブ中心の水周り・・・嫁も幼児長- 男（２３ヶ月）両親もたいへん満足していました。個人的には私同様に地元のサッカーチームＦＩＯＲＥＮＴＩ- ＮＡファンが多くばか盛り上がりできたので非常に満足しています。メルアド交換してきたほどです。 私の部屋のバスルームのヒーターが調子悪かったのですが、修理に来てくれるのに少し時間がかかりました。ロ- ストバゲッジのため乾かす必要があったのでドライヤーで代用できました。 |

We enjoyed the serenity, appreciated the cleanliness, Breakfast and first class service by all personnel. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Florence. I tried to find a weak point, as it is usually very hard to give full marks. But to my satisfaction I didn't find any. |

Hotel was very comfortable and friendly. Only a short walk from the station made it particularly attractive. Easy walking distance to most of the important sights, and although the street was narrow and a bit scruffy we, as 2 middle aged fmale travellers, felt quite safe in the surroundings. Nice breakfast and very helpful concierge. |

Super close to Train station and easy to get to city center. Overall was a very nice clean hotel. Room was big..Bathroom big compared to most Italian hotels. Breakfast was good and very fresh!! wifi only in lobby... room had to use cable |

The location was perfect for getting on and off the train. It was easy to walk around the city and see the sights. The room was very comfortable. WiFi was easy to set up and use in our room for free. The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful with reservations for musuems. |
