立地もよいしインテリアも素敵だと思いました。雰囲気はあるのに機能性も兼ね備えていて大変気に入りました。朝食にちょっとだけだけどホットミールがあってそれも好印象でした。 |

感じのいいスタッフ、はで過ぎないＦＩＲＥＮＺＥらしい内装、立地、バスタブ中心の水周り・・・嫁も幼児長男（２３ヶ月）両親もたいへん満足していました。個人的には私同様に地元のサッカーチームＦＩＯＲＥＮＴＩＮＡファンが多くばか盛り上がりできたので非常に満足しています。メルアド交換してきたほどです。 私の部屋のバスルームのヒーターが調子悪かったのですが、修理に来てくれるのに少し時間がかかりました。ロストバゲッジのため乾かす必要があったのでドライヤーで代用できました。 |

エアコンの調節がきかなかったので、夜中寒かった。このｻｲﾄから予約したミラノのホテルはお風呂場に床暖が入っていて濡れていてもすぐに乾いた。 ベットカバーの下にシーツだけ用意されていたが、薄い毛布でもつけておいたほうが新設ではと思った。 |

Thought the hotel was great value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really good standard, and would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again. Location, was really good also. |

the internet and the garden bar , the neighberhood is so noisy and not safe though it was near the train station .the staff ask me to pay 90 euro extra becuase my deal was 6 nights and i checked out after 2 days , i thought it wasnt fair , because the room was not not good and small .they charge me 146 euro for the 1st night and 2nd nigh was 90 euro because it was its usual rate , |

The friendly staff, the great american style hot breakfest, the comfortable and clean room and the beautiful painted ceilings and decorations. A very nice place to relax and enjoy. Loved the guest book. We had a great time at the Hotel and we will stay there again. It's a beautiful place.It was recommended by familie members and we where not disappointed. The location was ideal since it is located very close to the Train-station. We will recommend the Hotel to all our friends. |

The hotel was very nice and you could feel the added value it offered. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence. To state anything negative would be like trying to find a flaw in the statue of David. |

The hotel was close to the center of the city, and was within easy walking distance to the sites of interest. Many nice restaurants were minutes away. The hotel is almost impossible to find. We drove around for about 1 hour in the narrow streets full of people trying to find the place even though we had a (not detailed enough) map. We asked directions from a person on the street, and even they didn't know where the hotel was, and it was only 1/2 block away. |

Good rate $80-100 euros ia about right.Close to central terminal add to saving on cab fee. Bicycle rental to explore city center and site seeing. Free breakfast. free wifi. on site parking.Old fashion hotel where the experience would have been four stars in a better part of town. walk to major points in city center. Close to central station meant vagrants in the hood---a few blocks away neighborhood gets better towards town center, |

The hotel has a good location and very good value for money.They serve an excellent breakfast and the staff went out of their way to make our stay there enjoyable.Internet was free - had a laptop at reception which we could use.One did not have to use a taxi at all - everything within walking distance. We had a spacious room with our own balcony.We would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. |

Excellent breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful. Air conditioning worked very well. Closeness to the train station(less than a 5 minute walk) A bit of a musky smell in the room, but you get used to it. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The deco was nice. The room was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and the location of the hotel. I'll be happy to go back again and hopefully get the same rate. I wish it had a pool or a sauna as part of the hotel stay facility. |
