Personeel was uitermate behulpzaam en dienstverlenend. Alleen goed personeel is niet voldoende voor 4 sterren. Wireless Internet was alleen goed in de lobby, sauna moest apart voor worden betaald, de 2-persoons kamer was nogal klein, er waren geen tea-making facilities op de kamer. Het ontbijt was nogal sober, op het niveau van een 2 sterren hotel. |

Super close to Train station and easy to get to city center. Overall was a very nice clean hotel. Room was big..Bathroom big compared to most Italian hotels. Breakfast was good and very fresh!! wifi only in lobby... room had to use cable |

The location in Florence, close to the rail network. Had an external room, was cold ! No heating due to season albeit cold. |

The location was perfect for getting on and off the train. It was easy to walk around the city and see the sights. The room was very comfortable. WiFi was easy to set up and use in our room for free. The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful with reservations for musuems. |
