room and hotel decoration was great, reasonable price, baby cot installed already for us as family, nice breakfast with baby chair and very friendly staff. definetely will recommend for friends. more facilities like sauna. |

Excellent TV availability included Sky! Not only wireless internet access in lobby, but laptop available.Air Conditioning actually worked (have found in other hotels that the fan blows but no temperature reduction). Staff can find out details not normally easily available eg Pisa Arsenale Archaeological Site times.Convenient for Bus and Railway stations and only 10 min walk to main attractions. Although large variety of food for Breakfast, Scrambled Egg always overcooked and very slow at resupplying when items ran out! |

the possibility to rent bikes - in good condition- in hotel was really appreciable and an easy process with possibility to rent full or half day. You just ask at the reception and the bikes are ready within the next 5 min. The crew is really nice and know what custoner service means. Really pleasant experience! |
