Nice location,, Stelvio, our host was great. We enjoyed the local resturants and the proximity to the Vatican
Our experience was very good... so no complaints here!
I put all tens, but really, there is nothing to complain about. Room, host, breakfast - all was wonderful and I felt myself more at home then staying in the hotel. Hotel location is gratifying as well - easy to find, not far away from main sightseeing places (walk by feet, really) but in the evening you do not hear any cars or crowds. Room was very clean and breakfast with fresh croissants, fruits and coffee made a good start for the day. Stevio, who is the owner of BB is a nice person, who is ready to help, can provide a lot of information about the city, and I can only thank him once again for he waited for me at the first day till midnight due to the late flight.
All was fantastic, nothing bad
Quiet neighborhood Kitchenette available for cooking Breakfast, fresh fruit and snacks available Host goes out of his way to make guests comfortable, recommending great places to eat, etc.
Can't think of anything!
I absolutely loved Adriano Augusto B&B. Our room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The fridge was stocked with juice, milk, yogurt, fruit, croissants, etc. The pantry is full of toasts, wafers, teas, Nespresso, etc. The owner is very thoughtful, gracious and caring. He will take care of everyone staying in his B&B. He even booked me a taxi for only 40 euro for the airport. Much cheaper and safer then ordering one by yourself. The restaurant, "Tulait" downstairs is phenomenal. There are 3 different bars where you can also get your croissants and cappuccinos fix. The metro is about a 10 min walk. Grocery store, "Simply" is a 3 minute walk. The Vatican is also nearby. Great location for us! I usually like to be among the locals anyway!
This B&B is superior! All the furnitures are designed and made by the owner. The owner is very patient and warmhearted. 5 star hygiene standard. Lovely Italian breakfast. Special thanks to the lady who keeps our room clean!
Lovely room with very efficient (and quiet) air conditioning and spotlessly clean. Although we didn't use it much it was good to have access to a kitchen with fridge and basic cooking facilities. Stelvio the owner was amazing and gave us so much information about getting about Rome and where to see. We saw places we wouldn't have gone to otherwise (like the lovely area of Trastevere - which is great for an evening out). Although it's a bit of a way from the centre, buses stop right outside (or very close) to all the key places we wanted to see (and to and from the train station) and the Vatican City is walking distance. The metro is only 10-15 mins walk too. The restaurant a few doors down, Bibi & Romeo's, which Stelvio recommended was great. Very friendly, great food, very reasonably priced and local rather then touristy!
The walls are quite thin and next door's shower disturbed us a bit in the morning, but there is always going to to be some noise issue in a city hotel and it wasn't a big problem.
Huge, clean rooms Newly renovated The owner, Stelvio is really nice, helpful and generous Close to the Vatican
Little far from the city centre
During our 3 week trip we stayed in 9 different places London Paris and all over in Italy - Stelvio was one of two of our hosts who stood out for going above and beyond. A minor language barrier (his English is much better than our Italian) did not stop him from being extremely helpful The large and spacious rooms were comfortable and spotless. Good location on convenient bus lines short walk to Vatican. We will go back.
Highly recommended. Use of kitchen and wide choice of drinks whenever you wanted them. Helpful advice. Quieter location but still convenient with bus stop outside Unexpected excellent takeaway pizza from pizza e polli nearby. Smarter restaurants too.
WiFi worked well in the kitchen but did not seem to connect in room even with strong signal. Maybe it was a problem with our Google nexus.
warm welcome. Everything was perfect, we felt like we were at home, he makes our trip in Roma more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend your adress if someone around me is asking for a place to sleep. Also, Roma is an amazing city!
This B&B offers self-made breakfast. They prepare variety of drinks and food. There are many local shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is gentle and kind.
Great place to stay! Friendly staff and very clean and modern room! Top value for money
We stayed at this B&B in mid-late October 2013. The accommodation had a lovely fresh feel and was spotlessly clean and roomy. The owner Stelvio was an excellent host, very welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests including information, recommendations and basic dietary breakfast preferences. The Vatican and several other important historic sites are within an easy level walk or there's the option of taking the bus, just outside the doorstep, with the locals to get around Rome. The multiple restaurants within close proximity of the B&B means there's no need to walk far for a lovely meal after a long day of sight-seeing. Highly recommend this well priced B&B when staying in Rome and would certainly stay again.
