Adriano Residence

I stayed in the Adriano Residence 1 week - the room was spacy & comfortable with adequate cooking facilities which allowed for preparing our own meals if we wanted to stay indoors in the evening. The locality is just perfect - 10 mins walk from historical centre (Piazza Magiore) - the street is full of shops & restaurants, so practicall you can find everything you need at a hand's reach. The staff was very helpful, especially Antonella who showed great amount of professionalism & excellent approach towards guests. She was very helpful & supportive.

Location was superb. Staff was very nice and very helpful. WiFi in room worked very well.

Hot water tank may have been a little too small for three people. That is our only "complaint".

The apartments are in a great location for exploring Bologna. We were welcomed by Antonella who waited for us as we were late and then provided very useful information on restaurants etc and was a smiling face every day. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in the historical center. Bus stop next to the hotel outdoor which provide easy connection with Bologna Centrale train station. Very helpful and kind staff (Antonela :) )! We really enjoy our stay there.

First of all location is perfect. Close to all significant areas of the city.The room concept is wonderful and very convenient. Special thanks to Antonella who were dealt with all our requests personally. Next time, we will be staying there definitely.

L'appartement est très agréable et tranquille. Il n'est pas loin du centre historique (10 mn à pied). L'accueil est plutôt chaleureux dans une ville superbe, avec peu de touristes : des dizaines de musées à vister, des églises magnifiques, une gastronomie à la hauteur de sa réputation...

Nette Mitarbeiter, die gerne Auskunft geben, sehr gute Lage, schöne große Räume, sehr freundlich war, dass wir weil wir einen späten Abflug hatten das Zimmer noch länger benutzen konnten

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετο . Η Antonella είναι φανταστική εύχαρη πολύ φιλική και κάνει τον επισκέπτη να νοιώσει σαν να βρίσκεται σπίτι του. Ηταν μια πολύ καλή επιλογή και θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα σε άλλους .

Són apartaments molt nous I decorats amb molt de gust;pràctics I molt ben situats,a 10 minuts de la font de Neptú I del centre històric de Bolònia.En el mateix carrer hi ha molt d´ambient tant de bars com restaurants així com molt de comerç.Els apartaments disposen de una sala comuna en la qual hi ha una cafetera que fa uns expressos boníssims gentilessa de la casa.Són molt tranquils,i realment la nostra estada ha set inmillorable!!!

Suivi clientèle et accueil exceptionnels. Logement spacieux et confortable, et joliment décoré.

Studio très bien équipé, proche du centre ville de Bologne 10 mn à pieds. Belle décoration, emplacement calme. Personnel agréable et professionnel. Le parking sous l'immeuble indispensable pour garer la voiture en toute sécurité". Nous avions louer un studio pour 3 personnes et étions très à l'aise au niveau de la surface.

Goed gelegen dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

-Die Lage !!!Mit Taxi vom Flugfafen aus schnell erreichbar (3€ mehr als ein Busticket) . Mitarbeiter sehr nett und bemüht. Das Studio war wirklich schön ,wie auf dem Foto. Ausstattung im Bad mit Pflegemitteln ect. Sehr gut.

Nicht wirklich ruhig trotz Seitenstraße. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir keine Infos wie wir in das Haus kommen und die Rezeption öffnete erst um 18.00 Uhr.

It was just perfect, since we didn't know Bologna, and the 1st experience was great. We would love to go back and stay at the Adriano Residence.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and nice. An apartment suite was available for our family of 4, which made things much more comfortable for us. I would absolutely stay in Adriano again and recommend it highly.

The timing was bad because there was an International book fair in town, which made lodging much more expensive than normal.

El apartamento esta bien situado y es bastante nuevo. La habitación era amplia y comoda.

Aunque el trato del personal es excelente hay que decir que solo el primer dia tuvimos contacto con ellos. El horario de recpción es limitado a unas horas al día de lunes a viernes, de modo que cuando nos surgieron dudas no habia nadie que nos pudiera ayudar. Tampoco estaría mal que a excepción de la cocina hubiese un servicio de limpieza de habitaciones.

Tutto tranne il fatto che lavastoviglie e forno erano inesistente nell'appartamento assegnato

Quanto indicato sul vostro sito : "TUTTI spaziosi etc. , angolo cottura con forno, lavastoviglie ETC.....". Non corrisponde affatto alla realta' in quanto l'appartamento 13 che mi e' stato assegnato, non dispone ne' di forno ne' di lavastoviglie: io ho scelto il residence adriano anche e soprattutto per tali servizi che non esistevano. Rettificate quindi quanto da voi indicato perche' inganna il cliente in modo evidente indicando servizi inesistenti.

Ottimo, ben strutturato e confortevole, e soprattutto ben posizionato quindi comodo. L'appartamento inoltre è all'altezza delle aspettative in rapporto al prezzo pagsto. è bello luminoso e silenzioso, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve in bagno cucina e camera.

Nella mia stanza causa soffitto basso in prossimitá del letto si sbatteva la testa forse si puó ristudiare la disposizione inoltre il matrimoniale erano due letti uniti e continuavano ad aprirsi ma son dottigliezze non ci si puó lamentare di un posto così bello

L'appartement James Dean est très spacieux, idéal pour un voyage avec des enfants. Il est composé d'une chambre parents, d'une salle de bain, est d'un living coin cuisine dans lequel les enfants ont deux véritables lits. L'Hotel se trouve au coeur de Bologne mais dans une rue très calme. Les bars pour prendre le petit déjeunet sont à proxomité (à la sortie de l'hotel). A recommander absolument.
