Hotel Condotti is a small and cozy boutique hotel, on a peaceful, typical street of Rome's historic center. It is just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.

Loved breakfast. Loved my room, in new part of building.
My friends room was in the older part and it wasn't as nice as my area. Also their wifi was not good.
Perfect location, great personel, we enjoyed a lot
Wifi was poor, bed sould be more comfortable
Excellent location, friendly staff, nice breakfast
The coffee maker in the annex did not work and we didn´t get a picture on the TV...
Location and design of the hotel is nice
Breakfast is poor and rooms are not clean
The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic as it is so central you can walk almost everywhere. Considering the location etc the room rate was very good value. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. We loved it and would visit again.
The common parts of the hotel particularly the corridors and stairways look tired and the carpet could do with a good clean. One morning we had to wait 20 mins before we could sit down to breakfast as we were a party of 4 and some single guests or couples took up tables that could have accommodated a family. This could be organised better.
The location is perfect for seeing all the sights in Rome... it's possible to walk to a lot of locations and it was great to discover all the hidden treasures of Rome while strolling around this beautiful city.
We required a Hotel close to both the Spamish Steps and Piazza Navona. This ticked that box well. A nice position, nice overall impression, and a good if not chaotic buffet breakfast. Rooms adequate though clean. Nice modern bathroom.
Some unfortunate design faults! Whilst I list them, they should not detract from an overall recommendation for the hotel. No rooftop balcony or bar facility. No view from our room - hence a lack of daylight into the room. The nice modern bathroom leaked water from the shower into the bedroom through the wall. An unfortunate but serious design fault.
Room,bed and bath
The bar next to the lobby was excellent. He was really nice. We enjoyed many kinds of gin tonics. Thank you! Almost everything was clean and comfortable to stay.
The lift was very old and it sometimes didn't work.
Excellent location within easy walking distance of most of the major historic sights. There are a wide variety of good eating places nearby.
we have stayed there three times this time the room was very poor
We liked the location and the breakfast was amazing. We could walk to all of Romes hotspots if we wanted to. The room had a great balcony to go outside and relax.
The room wasn't clean and the sink in the bathroom was broken. The hotel staff fixed the sink right away however, the walls in the room had black streaks on them and we found blood and snot on the towels. We both work for the airlines and travel constantly, so we know the difference between a dirty hotel from a discount hotel.
Location was perfect. Close to all sites by walking through the city. Good neighborhood restaurants.
Street noise all night and early morning.
Staff Position Quiet & dark rooms
Scrum at breakfast
The location was fantastic and the lobby area and bar were very nice with lots of couches and funky decoration. Finding a place that is so central for this money I think is almost impossible.
The breakfast was only so so, and the shower door had no seal so made a huge puddle on the floor. Evidently the room upstairs has the same issue as there was a mark on the ceiling where there had been a leak.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was great. My biggest tip, stop by the front desk and have them mark on a map how to get back to the hotel. My second biggest tip take a legal taxi to the hotel to begin with. The breakfast was good, but you have to ask for a cappuccino or cafe latte. The room was beautiful.
The bathroom only had a curtain separating it from the room.
Location location location
The location is perfect either you prefer to walk (it is close to almost everything) or use public transportation. Personnel is helpfull kind and very polite. Rooms may be a kind of small but they are very nice decorated absolutely clean warm and well designed. Breakfast is also very very good. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely is a top choice.
We stayed only for 4 days...
- the location - big bed :) - spacious bathroom
- the tv was not working properly - the street is a bit noisy during the night if you wish to open the window instead of having the A/C on
What a fabulous Hotel! We were greated by a lovely lady on Monday, September, 22nd with long brown hair who was very friendly and helpful as was the staff member who assisted us to our room. We received and upgrade at check-in to room 324 which was a nice surprise since we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was very spacious and clean and housekeeping was staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included but we never made it down to try it before closing time but the room was beautifully decorated and quaint. This hotel is just a short walk to many locations (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc.) and numerous restaurants and shopping.....just perfect! They also arranged for airport transfers at check-out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.
We didn't care for the lack of privacy with the bathroom (curtain and frosted glass door) and the super firm bed but got use to it. The older gentleman at the front desk with shorter salt & pepper hair with glasses is one of the most rude, unfriendly & cranky person we encountered. He seemed annoyed the two times we had encounters with him including check-out. He never asked us how our stay was and seemed disgusted we didn't speak Italian...not at all like the rest of the staff at all....such a shame.
Location, Location, Location. Great location, with in walking distance to everything. Excellent breakfast, air conditioning was a relief in hot weather.
Bed and pillow was hard as a rock. Almost like sleeping on the floor. Room was not ready at check-in.
Location! Easy walking distance to key sights and lots of cafes and restaurants.
Very beautifuly and creativily decorated. You can do almost everithing by walking.
As it was recently renovated our room smeled the materials inside and as we are allergic needed to stay open window. Ask about it if you have this kind of probs. Apart it it was very interesting staying there.
Very close to Piazza Navona and Pantheon and Breakfast was really good!
We stayed in the old part of the hotel so the room was too small and the bed wasn't comfy. There wasn't anyone working in the bar in 4 nights that we spent in the hotel.
It's in the middle of everything! All the major sites are withing 35-minute walk. Even the hotel is within the historic center that you already feel you're in Rome just right outside the entrance. The breakfast is pretty good - lots of things to choose from, although I imagine, like in any other hotel, it can get old if you stay there for more than a week. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the room we were in was comfortable.
The bathtub is a little slippery.
