Score from 1544 reviews Very good
The hotel was in an excellent location and positioned in a narrow cobbled street surrounded by other old Italian buildings, which made it even more special. We could walk to every main attraction and there were lots of restaurants to chose from. The rooms were wonderful and we had a lovely terrace. The breakfast was good with lots to chose from. The transport to and from the Airport was very useful and the Driver we had called Daniel, was lovely and very informative.
Apart from Eleanora, some of the Reception Staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, but it did not affect the enjoyment of our holiday. I just think they should be a little more customer friendly.
Everything is amazing.
No such thing.
I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel but when we went downstairs and saw the spread it was fantastic! Freshly baked cornetti, made to order cappuccinos, assorted pastries and pies, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.
location off the beaten track and front staff excellent
more bacon at breakfast and gin bar needs to be properly supported shower screen leaked badly and bathroom door was stiff
Location staff cleanliness
Shower no outside window felt like a dundgeon
could walk to many of Rome's attractions. Had an excellent room for 3 people. plenty of space.
-The location -Nice, clean and modern rooms -Free and good wifi -Good breakfast
I didnt like anything there.the hotel is so poor
Rooms is too small, there is nothing in the room to use ,even tv you should pay...
We loved our week-long stay at the Adriano in a superior double room. The bed was comfortable. The a/c and wifi worked well. The bathroom was big and modern. The breakfast buffet was great (very large and varied.) The location was fantastic: near the Piazza Navona and Piazza de la Rotonda. Most major sights are walkable, and we in fact did all our touring on foot.
Clean and spacious room with up to date facilites. Great breakfast, close to Via del Corso and within close walking distance to all the sights of Rome. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again.
Great location, cool hotel with an personal style. Quiet street with no traffic noise. Breakfast great with lots of options. Wifi fast and easy to access.
Cleaning of the room was poor and sloppy. Bed sheets not changed during 4 night stay. Toilet paper not refilled during all stay, had to go down to reception to ask for more. Rooms more basic than the lounge areas suggest.
Decent breakfast spread
Pretty much everything about the place - rude and disrespectful.
Centrally located. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very pleasent staff. Truly no concerns. Reasonably priced you get your monies worth.
the location - staff
bed is not comfort
Great location, the room was spacious and modern.
Breakfast was fair, coffee was horrible. Washroom door was actually a curtain No iron no computer in the lobby The bar makes a great cappuccino.
Location was okay
Absolutely rude service and disrespect to patrons. When we complained about prior smoking to room (requested non smoking) we were shut down with "we will bring perfume to your room" and then ridiculed by the cleaners when confronting the front desk. Rooms look great online but overall are disappointing. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel!
location. cleanibg up. professional services. three but great value stars.
Location, great for walking to local, places of interest. Still a lot of walking to the major places though.
Lack food available in the hotel in the evening.
Location was excellent! 5-15 mins walk from most major attractions. 5 mins from piazza navona. Good value for money. WI fi works ok but I had to log in at reception before it would work in the room for some reason. Staff very helpful with organising us a parking space in car park next door.
Room was quite small but we did book the basic room although it was clean could prob do with a lick of paint to freshen up the walls. Suited our needs though as only staying 1 night so not really in there other than to sleep.
Location. Kind staff. Clean.
WiFi was weak. they need to boost it up a little.
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Location, price, amenable and helpful reception staff.
Coffee - when in Italy you expect a decent coffee with your breakfast. The self serve buffet included your hot drinks so you got v ordinary coffee. The rest of the breakfast was good so this is just picky!
Everything. Location, comfort, cleanliness, staff.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city without being in the middle of a touristy spot. It has a hip and fun design, as well as a great breakfast and gin bar. Highly recommended.
